So, the reply to all these messages, generally the same.
W2 can ship to the USA now without issues. Shipping time is another story. Yes, covid still influences it. Most packages arrive as earlier within roughly 3 weeks. At the same time we have orders sent in 2+ packages, where one package arrived 2 weeks ago and another one just yesterday. We have also a few packages, which are on the way since 6th of June and do not update yet. We have never had losses with the shipping way we use now. Once package crosses destination country border, tracking number always update. If tracking number did not update, the package is still on the way, - postal service replied this way. Hence, in some cases it make take over a month or even rarely close to 2 month.
Some packages are processed by ISC (e.g. Miami as mentioned earlier) for a while.We have seen packages being there up to 2 weeks and left successfully after this.
In any case, we are replying to all customers` requests regularly and if we see that package did not make it through, we offer free reship in a discreet way. So far there are mostly delays with just a few seizures. Time will show.
European warehouse 1 has delays with shipping toward the USA, unfortunately. Air transport started working, but without details all not easy.
US domestic working without any issues.
About restocking of warehouses. We are not sure yet, when we restock US domestic and international warehouse 1. Once we have news we announce it.
By the way, we are still offering free promo bonuses worth up to $200 in value for orders paid by cryprocurrency. We are going to run this promo for a while until shipping time normalizes completely.

Some packs have bene taking up to two weeks in ICS (it is just a big sorting center for all mail). Frank mentioned this is likely delays due to postal service being overloaded and CV-19 policies lowering thier already poor efficiency etc.

If you get out past another week without update or feel confident it is seized, please contact the source directly using the "Contact Us" form on the Basicstero site (linked below) and provide your order number so customer service can help you.

But as Frank posted, wide-spread delays at ICS are being seen across many tracking numbers. Many/most of the first wave sent out have shown successful delivery. I have not seen much seized posts (i don't recall seeing any recently) after that first wave of thosands of packs across all the various boards and backlog of owed orders.

I looked on basics website and prices are the same as they were before for domestic. I will say that basic is an amazing company,BUT if they do raise prices, i will (not stop buying ) but they will loose a lot of my business. This hole think has made me venture out and try other domestic and international sources. And some of them I would say are better. Basic surprised me when they said they were running low on raws and would raise prices. Great source have not raised their prices and are still giving amazing promos and discounts.

I have never been a fan of how basic never gives domestic promos.

Yet I haven’t had a reply since I’m hoping Monday I at least get a fuck off .although I am waiting for this to get settled so I can make my second $500+ Order with hopes of a single replacement vial.

Hopefully you may be able to answer this or other customers may have knowledge. I have orders from W2. They left the midpoint on the first week of June and have said “the item is on transport to the country of destination” since then. Is this typical that packs are taking 4-8 weeks from when they leave the midpoint to reach the USA?


They are not stuck in customs they have not made it to the US yet. I understand with covid the delays so I am not complaining I just want to make sure that this is typical now and nothing has happened to them.


Please nobody post the midpoint country or shipping service, but if you have info as to how long your pack took it would be appreciated.


I spoke to PharmacomSupport via pm and they told me to contact Customer Service which I did. They said that it typically takes 7-10 days from the midpoint to the US, but that there were delays due to covid. They didn’t specify typically how long it is taking. The reason I ask is because I am planning vacations but would want to be around to receive them.

ok, when it comes to reShipping is it ok to use same address ? If customs seized I will get letter will that address become flagged ? I’ve heard conflicting things . I’m hoping it makes it but doesn’t seem to be doing anything just stuck
