Thats 315 for 45 reps total....15 unbroken...so I'm pretty sure 405 is very attainable by most Elite level male Crossfit athletes.

I just think a lot of that flopping around will cause injury sooner or later. Those muscle ups look like a accident waiting to happen. Pullups is a lot of flopping around and quick movements somethings gotta give.
And a lot of people trying to set PR's in bench..deads.squats.Most cases that's when they hurt themselves.
Crossfit is more on weight than form, and that's why injury is a big risk in that sport.

My concern is one store sells a mix for over a hundski and the other store sells the same mistake for half price? Seams fishy..... Seems like you can just order from the store with cheaper gear.

On the domestic site, you're paying more for the risk THEY are taking, by it coming from the U.S. it's definitely cheaper on the international site for sure...and, either way, who knows whatcha gonna get
