The press crimps 2000 vials per hour, so caps and vials are ot always positioned correctly. Hence, such things happen in each batch. I checked the forums and found lot of photos. All labs big labs, where equipment in running speedy, can have and have such problems. All manufacturers have such things, no one mashine has 100% efficiency coefficient. Guys, it was just a joke about drunk shipper. The original labels have a sticky layer and if once sticked even partly it is pretty difficult to take it off without damaging, so... no one is ideal, the guy was just very excited preparing them for you
