Well guys this happened to me. One pack landed, one pack almost made it, and when I was checking tracking it was on its way back to where it came from. It got delivered to some fake return address.

Someone should go to that address and see if the pack is there. Only the shipper can do this.

That sucks, I hope that doesn't bring any unwanted attention.

The shipper wont touch that package or even pass bye. If hes been in the business long enough he will resend pack. You will have to wait it out.

Bro, the shipper can not do this due to the fact, that the senders name was fake as well.
He will be not able to prove, that is is his parcel. As we agreed per email, we will fully compensate your loss + add bonus.
Due to this case I decided to implement here our European experience. Before we ship the parcel, we will make a photo with all items of the respective order and filled delivery address. An example, how it looked in Europe is here:

Of course I blacked the real address.
Something similar we are going to do for USA domestic as well. The photo of the order will be uploaded into the details of the respective order in our store and will be available only for person, which has acccess to the account. Third-side persons will not be able too see these photos.

Fuck... our shipper was probably tipsy when he was sticking these labels. Sorry man, I ask him to be more accurate. As I said before we ship vials to USA without labels and our shipper sticks them on.

and now things are about to get interesting..i get the feeling these guys just pump out thousands of vials a day and hope little things like that won't be noticed..then along came meso;)

My guess is the domestic reshipper has opened it and replaced it with bunk. I've seen it happen before. If product is international then buy it international and have it shipped that way. I don't trust domestic reshippers. All I know is that pic raises the alarm with me.

Ok. I personally have not seen it. Actually similar things happen, but not such big. Our maschine rolls on 2000 vials per our, if a vial was positioned somehow not in right place the crimp can be pressed not absolutely tight. But what I see is really too much. I agree. We will change it and ship a new one to Nitrust. Guys, if you think, that such things as you describe can happen, we can do on more thing. After you get them, you make video of parcel opening, so that we would be able to see all vials in details. If we find such vials we will change them for free. But if we will do it, so only if detailed video with package opening is provided. We have such experience in Russia. All receivers make video in case if something is mising or fucked up.
 
Guys, I showed now this photo to our technologist, he said it happens and this is sort of ok. We will change this vial for Nitrust now but this is the last time. I suggested the idea with video to my boss and he rejected it. So I am not allowed to change vials with such cramps because this happens, so works the equipmend, happens from time to time. Darius has the same vials and also has such things. You can test the vial in the lab or wherever you want and results will show, that everything is ok. I will no more discuss this question.
