Guys, I will updae you in advance. We add pretty much new features to our site, also we will update delivery conditions, our programmers are testing all features now and soon we will upload them ti the site. In couple of words for now we are going to orginize the following.
I. We will change ste system of order statuses in our strore. Soon in will be as follows:
1. WAITING FOR PAYMENT is assigned immediately after you place an order.
2. PAYMENT IS BEING CHECKED is assigned after you submit payment information
into your account.
3. ORDER PROCESSING is assigned after we pick up the payment and have begun its preparation for shipping. Preparation time for international orders can take at most up to 72 hours. Remark: We took 72 hours considering lot of future orders. Now we will be able to proceed orders within 12 hours. But the more order will come, the longer is the proceeding time, please understan it.
4. ORDER SHIPPED is assigned as soon as your package is dispatched. Shortly after that, we will give you a tracking number sent to both your email and in your order details here on the site.
II. Ss I said before, we will add photos of each order with delivery info. So you will be able to see, that wee filled all info correctly and we are not guilty, if the parcel goes a wrong way.
III. At the same time we update our terms and conditions and our Faq. Now It will look as follows:
ORDERING
1. Orders may only be processed through our shop via site checkout. If someone is trying to persuade you to place an order via Skype, E-mail, or any other means of communication, they are attempting to scam you. Be alert!
2. We do not have a minimum order. HOWEVER: if the order subtotal is less than $100, you will be charged an additional 10% for every item until the total cost exceeds $100 before shipping. For example, the retail price of Pharmatest P is normally $39 - but with an order of only one or two vials, you will be charged $42.9 (+10%) for each vial until the total exceeds $100. Any additional product past a total of $100 will be charged as normal.
3. Please order with an e-mail address that you have access to. Certain email providers like hushmail, MSN, or Hotmail should be avoided as they might not receive our emails. Always be sure to check your Spam folders if a confirmation email or reply is not received.
4. Once you make a payment according to the instructions provided, please enter the necessary payment information
into your account. This information will be processed at most within 12 hours.
5. In the ‘Notes’ field of your order you may always submit any additional information that we would require to process your order faster – along with any of your suggestions, wishes or remarks.

PAYMENT
For now for first-time customers we provide only money transfers by Western Union.
For trusted customers, which have at least one placed and paid order in our store is also PayPal available.
In a while we can add also other payment options.
While placing an order you will be given information about its payment that depends upon the method you'd chosen before. Please note: our site automatically does NOT show PayPal as payment option for first-time customers. You will be able to use PayPal ONLY after you placed and paid (by other payment methods provided) for at least one order in our store. Once you placed an order, you will have
72 hours to make a payment and add payment info
into your account. Otherwise, your order will be automatically deleted after 72 hours.
SHIPPING
1. Your order will be shipped
domestically (from within US), if you placed it
in this section (US domestic).
2. When placing an order you can specify whether we have to send you a parcel using your real address or a PO Box that you have rented from a local post office. In either case, you have to enter all the necessary information accurately and in full.
3. When your payment is confirmed, we will begin preparing your order for dispatch. It may take up to 48 hours. Our delivery time estimate is roughly 3-5 days in transit; therefore the total processing time including delivery may take roughly 4-7 days. Differences in shipping time are not dependent on us, but are due to different factors such as your location, postal service efficiency, etc. Because of these reasons delivery can take longer in particular cases.
4. The shipping cost is a $15 flat rate to any state regardless of its distance and location.All parcels are shipped with a tracking number. Our employee makes a photo of each order and parcel being shipped. We upload this picture into your order details.
5. When you have received your package, you are obligated to film the unpacking process in the event of any issue or dispute. The video must clearly show all delivery data including recipient name, destination address and the tracking number. Without this we shall not be liable for any complaints (missing or damaged items, etc.).
6. USPS is responsible for deliveries. We take no responsibility for order losses, misdeliveries, damages or seizures caused by postal service. If you would like shipping insurance for the above mentioned cases please check the respective box during ordering. In the event of any issue, we will reship your insured order a second time free of charge.
7. If you have received a parcel with damaged items, we will reship ONLY those damaged items provided that you 1) have requested delivery insurance during checkout; and 2) can provide a video of the unpacking as described above.
8. Please double check the information you submit to us. We shall not be liable for any misdelivery due to inaccurate information. We can assure you that we accurately forward all necessary information in its entirety to the postal service.
DISCOUNTS
Our store automatically gives a 5% discount for orders over $500 (excl. shipping costs) and a 10% discount for orders over $1000 (excl. shipping costs).

IV. We are going to provide a partnership program. What does it mean. Every user of our store will get a reference link, which can be used by new customers. If a new customer signs up using this link and places orders, a person, which gave this link to him, gets 5% of his order amount to the account. We used this option in Russia and we have or example accounts, which have 30 invited persons and these guys can order the entire cycle without paying a cent. They order cycles only for bonuses. So, if you for example invites 10 persons and each of them makes orders for 500$, you will receive 10 x 25% (5%) as bonus to your account = 250$. So you will be able to buy a cycle without paying real money. Again, as I saidm, every customer will get a reference link to invite other new customers. Id a new customer signes up using this link, you get 5% from all his orders onto your account. You can advertise your reference links in any way you want. This system worked very fine in Russia and we gave for example free gear for over 1 Mollion Rubles to hour customers, which used this reference links. Let`s see, how it will work here.
