Hey there. i was getting ready to order from Pharma, but then i saw your post. A domestic source sounds appealing, but there is a significant price dif on some orals but not others. could u explain the reason for this?
Prices are higher because we take all risks and we have to pay pay a bog part of the price to our shippers. For domestic these are moderate prices. Domestic Pharmacom resellers offer higher ones. If you want it cheaper just order in our international store. We havent`t had any seizures towards the USA yet.
This is apparently a repeating issue. My WU payment was not picked up for a week or more. I PM’d Frank about it and was told the clerk said the money was not ready yet (WU site said otherwise). A few days later Frank told me the clerk said the name was not right (the name is right on the receipt).
Frank suggested I swap first and last names, and I did that. I can’t describe how complex a task it was for me to call from the phone number I put on the send form as required by WU. I managed it, but it was at the limit of my tolerance for risk. A few days later Frank told me the clerk still says the name is wrong. I paid by.. other means, and left the WU money uncollected. WU still lists it as ready for pick up. Unfortunately, it's not practical for me to request a refund.
Yes in last month we had really lot payments with wrong names of payment receivers.
It seems easy, but lots mix up first and second name or make some mistakes. In such cases we are not able to pick up payments.
Also a part of customers pays WU online. It works not always and banks can block such transfers to avoid possible scamming. In these cases we also get messages, that Payment with a particular MTCN is not available.
I see a lot of guys posting about pharmacom and the rep Frank. I went to the site and began to set up an order. I don't know if I'm at the right site or if I should find him directly. Just don't want to order and be let down or not receive gear. Is there a direct link to Frank or is this his thread? I've read nothing but good reviews on his gear.
All orders shall be made via checkout at the site. Generally it is designed so that the entire ordering procedure would be done as user-friendly as possible. So that our customers would not have any need to ask questions and end emails. However I receive lot of them, all the same questions always. I will prepare a FAQ in a while.
In overall you just put items into the shopping cart, specify delivery address, chose payment option, pay, add info about payment to your account. That`s all. 1,2,3...We check and confirm it. So generally it is impossible to do here something wrong.
