I still think that LEGALLY if they have no proof that you PAID for it, they can't convict you for a package with AAS in it.
I'll try to explain: I'm John and I don't like my neighbor Alex. So I go on the internet, order bit of AAS from a source that has shit packaging and start sending package to my hated neighbor in the hope it will get seized and he will get a visit from LE. Could be expensive but I bet that If I wanted a package to get seized it's not hard to make one that really stick out from the thousand that pass trough custom everyday. Anyway what I'm saying is:
If they can't prove that the package was PAID by you, how the fuck they can convict you for it. Damn It doesn't look right to me, unless they raid your house and then find MORE shit. Because if They can just build a case from a package, the lovely neighbor alex could have his whole life ruined for just someone else sending illegal substance to his door.... it doesn't make much sense to me.
Controlled delivery doesn't make sense to me as well, You received a package and you just signed for it. You open it: oh shit AAS... so what? They storm in and charge you for possession? Of a package that you JUST RECEIVED and you could just say: I didn't know what was inside, I just opened it and find out, was going to throw it away or call the postman to take it back or WHATEVER?
Prove that I paid for it
That's gonna be a big challenge, especially if you used BItcoin properly, that's why I believe bitcoin are very good
Even if you didn't use bitcoin, all of our transaction are to unknown ppl around the world, from mg/wu to even paypal. They have to prove that the specific money you sent that day to that person was for that specific package, because hard proof are the one that win cases, not assumption.
That's for the average Joe... if you are a remailer etc. well fuck that... they will find something for sure.
All of this only if you have no other illegal stuff in your house and I mean: NONE, ZERO. I believe that no average joe as ever being convicted for a package bought on the internet of few AAS. If I'm wrong would be cool to have someone tell a real story about it.
This doesn't mean you have to be careful, and protect yourself, it is very important. The most important thing is that they don't have to find anything on your computer etc. that could trace that package to you.
That's quite the challenge.
