Wrong. they still check it, just not as it would come from a non EU countries or from china etc. Checks happens even on domestic mail, just randomly and with less frequency of course.
I'm not saying his package got seized, I'm saying seizure happen on domestic EU.
What happened to him, happened to me as well, tracking number never registered in my country but said it was departing from pharmacom EU warehouse country.
there are only 3 options:
1) it got lost between sender country and receiver country.
2) it got stopped at sender country just before departure.
3) it got stopped @receiver country at a step before even entering the country or getting registered in the mail system (never heard of this).
Usually if it gets seized, it gets in the system and then you see it stucked somewhere, but it wasn't the case for me and It looks it's not the case for this guy as well.
