Hcg is supposed to glow a faint green in the Vial B under UV light when using a Labmax test kit. We already know it's weaknesses but it could tell you if the hormone is present.

Anyone have pharmacom hcg and Labmax tests that would be willing to test it? Or order Labmax to test this?

I'm ordering some Labmax vials but I don't use hcg.

You don't need lab max for hcg. Pregnancy test will tell u

This is the dicussion that was going on. That a prego test isn't a reliable test for hcg. I would be interested in seeing a Labmax result, which according to them is able to be tested using their vials. I believe others would be interested in the results too of the vials the have been sold by pharmacom that didn't pass prego test.

I would love to know how they're not reliable. Pregnancy tests look for the hormone hcg in women's urine. That is what makes the test show a positive.

Dam. Who fakes hcg? My grandmother gets pharma grade shit on the black market

maybe they mixed up the HGH with the hcg...lmao

The minimum threshold needed to pass early sign pregnancy tests is about 10,000iu of HCG. Some require upwards of 50,000iu of HCG. Mixing a 5000iu vial of HCG with 2ml of BAC water (just an example) and then squirting 1ml onto the pregnancy test will not meet its minimum threshold detection level.

I put 1 1500iu amp 1cc of pregnyl hcg and got the positive results in seconds

Do you make this shit up?

I put a few drops on the stick of reliable rx hcg and it comes out positive every time

^This seems to be one reason. There are two different kinds of tests that could be the cause for unreliability: low threshold and high threshold. Exogenous hcg failed in one study using high threshold pregnancy tests by women.

It's a fact. Some Pregnancy test kits are more sensitive and will test positive with a smaller amount of HCG, these are the early pregnancy tests. You can find a comparison of what the threshold for different brands of prego test all over the web.

Here is one, scroll down to the table that ranks them by sensitivity.

http://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com/compare.html (Pregnancy Test Review and Comparison Chart)

The most sensitive is 20 mIU/hCG. It might still work with much less but the test is not designed to detect such a tiny amount of hcg, so it's unreliable at best.

Edit : I guess if you wanted to make the test more reliable you could use like 20,000IU of HCG, but that's probably more hcg then you will end up using for your cycle lol.

Nobody is saying it won't work. It just seems there are flaws as a reliable test for all situations. Real hcg could fail in some cases. It could also show as positive and tell you there is hcg in product.

I'd call it more reliable than labmax and a hellva lot easier like I stated before I've tested my main hcg source 5 times with 5 passes. Pcom hcg no go.

In this video she shows the process and uses 1/10 of a cc.

Again, nobody is saying it won't work to detect hcg. We are discussing the possibility of inaccuracy. Let's say it works fine as an indicator of hcg being presence in 90% of situations. The right test was used for the volume of tested sample. But in 10% of situations, the wrong test or volume was used. That would mean 1 in 10 results would be wrong.

Can you read? Let's find out shall we?

Thank WeightedChinup for the link

Now what's the lowest detection limit stated for any test in that list? 20mIU/ml. I've seen some as low as 10 or 15.

Now we can figure out if you know how to do simple math! how many IUs are in 20mIU?

*heres a hint, 1mIU=1000IU

Were you able to keep up or do you need a tutor?

Another reason that yours could have failed is there are two ways HCG is manufactured. It's either extracted out of pregnant female urine or it's produced recombinantly from hamster cell cultures I believe. Your Pregnyl that passed is made from pregnant female urine while your other one that failed was made by Livzon according to the label which uses recombinant technology. I'm not sure how or if this would pregnancy test readings but the brand of HCG I used that came straight from a pharmacy that failed the pregnancy test was also made using recombinant DNA.
