So it is just a game of chances. If a parcel is getting into scanner and custom officers see there is oil inside and a 10 ml vial... it is clear what will be the first idea. It still can be seized. Chicago is the worst place ever for import. Almost all seizures happen there. You know there were funny stories actually, we had already several cases when pills in original boxes came through and vials in stelth form did not... no idea how to explain this. Just game of chances i guess.
