@trying to get big I've been wondering the samething. I remember at one point there's was talk of the adex being sent to simec for testing but there was never any follow up on it. I'm curious as well to see the exact numbers on ot

indeed probably even too much for a cruise dose especially because it was taken just before the second pin, so it wasn't the peak, already 3 days were passed.

I'm still very happy, my hdl etc was perfect on that kind of dose, so I can cruise on it for now without problem.

that just show you how many ppl start cruising with too high dose like 200-250mg.
there is no need, I'll probably lower it to 125mg next time I finish blasting.

:) I'm not saying a 200mg cruise dose is wrong, I'm just saying that most ppl don't check with bloods so they assume that THEY NEED 200mg. most of the time is wrong, especially because most of us are not FREAK that need to hold on shit load of muscle and if you think about it as a lifestyle... better take the lowest dose possible... because it's for life... you never know :)

I totally agree im getting bloods soon so ill find out. I do know that at a gram on phamacom testc mt TT 4400. Ill post em as well. Anyway im happy for ya. Hope mine come back like that
 
Seven- were your bloods capped? Im pretty new to the game but that number seemed awfully low for 400mg of test.

No it was not capped. I went thru Labsmd.com.

Im pretty sure he was running 150mgs

Yeah it was 400mg EW. I'm not sure what happened. Maybe bc I was pinning twice per week, idk. It probably would have been higher on just one pin per week.

Thanks man. For as well as Pharmacoms gear tests on AL I feel like I've seen a lot of mediocre bloods on them (a lot of good ones too fwiw)
 
I was curious if anyone has used the tren h100? I ordered it as one of my freebies and was wanting to know what the minimum effective dose would be. I have seen most that most people are saying 300mg a week for tren e is a good starting point but is that the minimum to see or feel results. I dont plan on actually running it for a while so just fishing for info.

Honestly i wouldnt listen to what alot of people say you need to take cause we're all a little different. 300mg per week is plenty to make great progress unless your training and diet is not up to par.
Start low and see how you react, but dont rely on drugs to magically transform your body, use them to aid you in your training and eat clean quality food.
