I don't think you have to worry, just go through the steps with them. I've had no issues with Basicstero.
You won't get ripped off but as big as they are sometimes it might take a little to resolve.
Maybe not ideal or nice but I haven't heard of 1 person getting ripped off.
I always use bitcoin...never issues and very quick.

What was your payment option you used?

I used moneygram. bitcoins were costing me more than I wanted to pay so I switched to moneygram payment style for exact amount. And yes, I have only read good things of them on here and elsewhere so I was hoping it wasn't just turning out to be bad for me.

What do you mean costing more than you're willing to pay? Just convert cash to coins when you're making the purchase, you don't lose cash doing that and there's no reason to call it expensive since all it is is currency conversion.

When placing the order it should have taken you to a screen to select promo items automatically. If this didn't happen I'd pm frank or helper, give them your order number and see if they can add your items

Look into circle, when I add money there's no fee what so ever

Anyone else have a p.o. Box instead of a mailbox? How does it get delivered? If it's through the regular mail I would pry use my po box but if it's to your door and have to sign I would need to use physical addy.
