Ah Ben....I wondered if you would drop in. I get that youre a big deal here and the dick riding is strong, but look man, not everything is a conspiracy and not everyone is a reverse scammer. Im simply commenting on my current state of affairs with Pharmacom. Actually, all my previous orders have been top notch. And apparently more than me are having similar issues. Nothing more or less.

If the Western Union you sent was picked up on their end there is no way you aren't going to be compensated. That's my point. If you followed the instructions and your email wasn't hacked you will be taken care of.
Even if you were hacked and sent funds to a scamming piece of shit Pharmacom has proven that they will go above and beyond to help their customers even if its for free advertising.
I know this is Franks thread and my example is how Darius handled things but I bet Frank, on a good day, might do the same. Back when Darius first showed up here there was a young man that mistakenly logged on to a scam web site that was a letter or 2 off from the website that belonged to darius/Pcom. When the kid didn't receive his order and got no response to his emails he logged on to meso and blasted Darius and Pharmacom calling them scammers and went on and on. Well, when things calmed down and the dust settled, we figured out that the member was duped by the scam site and there was no blame that could be assigned to darius and pharmacom.
I felt a for the member as he was new to this whole thing. I contacted darius and thought I had an idea that might be a good way for the member to try out Pcom as he wanted to do and give d and pcom some good press and show good faith. It played out in the beginning of d's thread. Darius filled the young mans order, which was a nice gesture and went a long way back then to show they planned to be here for the long haul.
D was still pissed off at the kid who had cursed him and his company but things worked out for all concerned. Do you, @maulerusa , really believe we would allow a member who did as directed by pharmacon, in regards to paying them for an order, to be ripped off and simply let it go?
Wouldn't happen. One of us would get with you and go over things with you so we were sure you weren't trying to reverse scam Pcom and that you followed directions and that things looked the way they should. Then we would get in touch with one of the reps or with frank, directly. If you weren't taken care of after all that, a thread would be started putting the source on blast laying out the story as we believed it to be.
We don't take things like that lightly and I have no doubt that you would be taken care of. You wouldn't be the first or the last member that we go to bat for. Its what we do. So, if things are still not taken care of post up and talk about it. PM me with the info and I'll get going on it. As much business as frank does here he's not going to rip you off. I guarantee it.
what the hell are you talking about? they haven't been responding to any messages i've sent to them to for the past week, either. same with plenty of others.
yes, if your money has been taken, your order hasn't been shipped, and your messages are being ignored, it's not farfetched to assume you've been scammed.

I've had many orders through basic, agreed shipping time does vary, and there may be a delay in contact occassionally. With that being said there hasn't been any issues otherwise, I understand the nervous feeling after a while, it all boils down to patience. They offer a great product for a good price.
 
Good news for all.
As you might know, before we had check codes on vials only. From now our new batches of pills and ampoules are supplied with check codes as well.

Basicstero.info is Pharmacom Labs, so it does not make any sense to check codes, if products are ordered in our store; however it will be helpful if you order through services of our resellers.
Please note, we have a lot of current stock yet, so it takes some time to replace older batches with the new ones.
Also we completely reconsidered and fixed texts in pamphlets and on product boxes. We should admit that we did not pay much attention to this before and texts did not make much sense. Now it is fixed, so you guys get basic warnings and recommendations to keep your cycle as safe and efficient as possible.

And one more thing - we are started to prepare Black Friday promo :)

Actually I remember the incident you are referring to Ben. I wasnt in a panic really, it was just a matter of both sides telling a different story. That and the fact that so many days went by without any return correspondence. Also, I didnt come on here and start a thread and put PC on blast as scammers. Ive used their services enough to know theyre not. I just replied to a thread in which someone was having a similar issue. Anyway, mine got worked out. The mistake was on PCs end ant they rectified it. All good.

i was not here for a while as you might have noticed... or probably not. How is our strong army of haters doing? Still as active as before? Well, its good, very good if so.
Ok, guys, just to let you know. Everything is ok, we are working. Here are some things to clear.
1. Get a lot of questions about EU warehouse. I say honestly, we have hiccups with restocking and first of all for safety reasons I can not say now when we restock. Situation is kind of a bit difficult there now. Once we are ready we let everyone know, so there is no sense to shoot emails on to us asking where it is open. Also, with the way we ship packages come pretty successfully to Europe from our international warehouse. If some of our EU customers are here, they can confirm it.
2. I see my colleague has already mentioned this above, so I just confirm and repeat.
We improved our internal control, we changed the system of batch numbers. New batches of products have check codes implemented not only on vials, but also on pills and ampoules! We still have a lot of stock of old batches, so it will take some time to completely replace all products with new batches.
2a. Texts on boxes and in manuals are reconsidered. Instead of some bullshit (lets admit it honestly, we had bullish senseless texts, which were copy-pasted years ago and we did not pay a due attention to this) packages and manuals will have basic warnings and recommendations to make your cycle as safe as possible and as efficient as possible .
3. I receive a lot of questions recently regarding black friday sale. Yes we will have it - 2 days only on 25th and 26th of November. This time we decided to try something new and provide you a choice. So, within 2 days you will be able to CHOOSE whether to receive a 40% discount (for all except HGH, it is 20% only) for your order OR to get your order doubled, or better to say, you will be able to chose bonus items worth 100% of your order total. Just an example:
you put into shopping cart items worth 500$ at retail price. Here you will be able to use the discount code we provide later, and your order total will become 300$ and you pay 300$ only for items worth 500$; OR you do not activate the promo code, go further and get to the page with the list of bonuses. You will be able to choose any freebies (except HGH) worth 100% of your order total - 500$ in this particular case.
If you try to apply the discount and after also choose bonuses, the latter action will be valid, you loose discount and get bonus items. Just don`t chose bonus items if you want a discount, pretty easy.

Ok, payments ways are not the best thing to discuss publicly, but here is a good device for everyone going to use Western Union or Money Gram: do not pay online and do not use bank cards to pay through WU or MG. Our experience shows that such payments are often blocked by these systems. I assume to prevent possible scamming. Many of such payments can not be picked up. We have several payments daily which are put hold on. We just can not do anything with it. It does not mean that our receivers are in black lists. The person, which has not received one payment successfully received another one from another person or the same payment just resent with another MTCN.
With WU and MG we need in average 48 hours to check payments, i change this info on site. If you need faster shipping and don`t wanna any hassle please learn using bitcoin. It is extremely user-friendly.
And finally, trials to scam someone are just not possible. If someone`s payment was not received by our fault we always fix it and offer bonuses for inconvenience. If someone gets a message that his payment is not picked up, however it was, yes we had several cases like this. We fixed them and compensated all inconvenience to customers.
If you don't get a seizure letter then no reship and if it's two times no reship they say. Wow!!
i never states tis and this is not truth. All situations are solved individually and we reshipped very often, i would say in the overwhelming amount of cases to the favor of a customer.
 
info for customers who placed orders in our international warehouse between 25th of October and 3rd of November:
we had a force-majeure, some orders have been shipped to wrong addresses. In total 40 orders. If you received wrong order, please don`t worry; we are aware of the situation and reshipping the correct items. On the other hand, some of you guys are lucky, you get your order + keep extra freebies, which could be pretty solid considering our promo and extra bonuses in each order shipped. Sorry for inconvenience in advance.Shit happens, but we admit if we fucked up and we fix it.
