I would be glad this post to be positive and optimistic, unfortunately it won`t...
We knew that illegal business can be often rude and dirty.However, we still hoped everyone will behave in a dignified way. This has not happened...

To cut it short, guys we are not going to conceal this info. We got troubles with most of the payments sent by Western Union. We from our side did everything to ensure a smooth process. We set our site so that customers would receive each time changing names of the receivers in order to avoid holds of our receivers from WU. We prepared a list of a few dozens continuously changing receivers. They were absolutely not connected and even did not know each other. All of them were blocked by WU and all payments are on hold. We are not able to receive them. To be absolutely honest, our receivers got info that payments are on hold due to illegal nature of the transfer. In other words, we think WU knew what are these payments for. We have never experienced this before in this scale. Obviously, WU would not try to find out who gets paid for what. Just imagine, how many sellers in China,hundreds of thousands, if not millions, accept Western Union as payment option. Someone pointed our store out deliberately.

We checked our orders history and found some accounts with unusual activity and irregularly high amount of small orders placed. All had WU as payment option chosen. These orders are still not paid and I don`t think they will be. We are pretty sure someone intentionally found out the list of our WU receivers and in some way informed WU about them. By the way, if you remember, the same also happened in the end of 2015 with our PayPal account.

Don`t worry, it does not mean you lost your money. It only means we were not able to receive those transfers. Everything we could pick up was picked up and orders confirmed. If you paid though WU and your order is still not confirmed, most probably your payment is on hold. We start receiving e-mails with roughly the following contents:



So, probably WU has already contacted you and you know about this. If a transfer is on hold you can just contact WU and get refund; you lose nothing. If you still would like to get your order, for those who has already paid we can offer other names of the receivers, which were not in the list during the promo.

We have also plenty of pending orders, which are placed, but not paid yet.

This is actual only for those who placed orders in our international warehouse. The names provided by our US domestic warehouse are untouched and working.

Orders paid by bitcoins were confirmed! There are no issues with them at all, moreover, they are proceeded as first.

Sucks, obviously some competitor is really upset at your business to have to put this much effort into trying to cause problems for your customers; my guess is it is coming from the same people that are using anti-shills to bash you and make drama every chance possible.

No small lab would even have the time or money to pay bashers/anti-shills and do all this -- it must be one of the bigger online dealers that feel like your international store is cutting into the market share.

I am sure they will read every post in this thread -- so maybe they will see that by doing shit like this they will NOT gain any additional business; instead, they will just make more people uncomfortable with ordering and those people will turn to local dealers/domestic-labs. Low shit dirty moves like this just hurt everyone, all customers, all labs. Fucking losers should put their time, money, and efforts into making good products and the best possible prices and they would get all the business without having to play dirty and fuck everyone over.

You run a promo, get tons of people to make orders and then all of a sudden the money just magically disappears..... and to boot it's when you know you got a ton of people to make orders because of Black Friday and getting 100% promotional value or 40% off the entire order. Hook, line and sinker.

It does not appear to be a scam at all. If they wanted to just scam and take your money, then why even come back and make a post? They have no control over WU and can not fake WU putting a hold on the payment; it either got put on hold / blocked or it did not -- that is a matter with WU and not something in the source's control.

If it was on hold at WU then Pharmacom did not ever receive anything -- how would @Pharmacom Labs benefit from that? They wouldn't because WU has the money.

Yeah okay well what if you use a different name to conceal your own identity...??? Then what do you do about getting your money back?
nobody lost money. everyone can get it back. There is also a warning provided together with payment info, that obnly real name of the sender should be used in case of any possible issues so that you could receive your order back. It`s not a big deal, as exclusion we send your order without payment if you lost it money.

Ok well in placed my border last Friday. Got an email today about the whole thing, so went to WU to get my money back and they say that the money's been picked up. But when I log in to check the status of my order it says it's still being "checked" so IDK what the deal is
we had a case or 2 when we could not pick up money but transfer was marked at WU as picked up. It turned finally out, it was picked up somewhere in Colorado. The system marked so the blocked payment, i don`t know much about this, but could be your case. I will contact you to sort this out.

In the meantime, there are not only bad news. We are doing our best to improve our production and prove this to you. We have heard your claims regarding same batch numbers at different products. We completely reconsidered the batch system of batch numeration. It is much more consistent now, each type of product has individual batch nr. Moreover, a couple of days ago we started production of a new batch of test e. We made a short video for you that internal quality testing exists, which some of you questioned.
Here is the video. The procedure is actually boring and requires longer time, but on video you can see the simplified testing process in real time.It is our own equipment, we don`t borrow it somewhere. We have it permanently in our disposal.


On top of this, we are going upload to our official site and make public all chromatography results of each new batch of each product type produced.
Our coders are working on updating the site for this, in a while everything will be uploaded.

Also, as you might have noticed, there is a new section in our site - Clothing. We have not much in stock now, t-shirts and suits. However, clothing is in production. There will be a much wider choice of high quality clothes available soon.

Just call them and remeber your fake name and birthday email adress and so on. Ideally call from the number you gave to the account.
They will send the money back to where they got it from.

If you used wu direktly. I dont really get how you could use a fake name since they are instructed to check id for exactly that reason.

I have used a fake name everytime I have EVER made an order and they never asked for a ID. They do however require the receiver to give ID. Im not the smartest but protecting yourself is pretty smart if you ask me. And further more I can show you the receipts for the transaction. PC just asked for my order # and said they would ship for free!! Once I get my package...faith restored!!

Thank you very much sir. My heart sunk when I read the post stating the money had been lost. When the package lands I will post pictures and my faith will be restored. If you need any proof of payment I can send you a pic of the receipts from WU in a PM. I just sent the order # to you.

That's why you don't throw around accusations like some kind of impatient tween.

It says right on the site to use Bitcoin rather than WU. I guess it's also pharmacom's fault your to much of a noob to use Bitcoin

after the issues you had with pharmacom, you're still using them?
 
Fucking tweens have no business doing gear anyway. If they are to stupid to use circle app. Would you really trust them with a syringe?
