I'd make sure you're getting at least 200mg of test a week on cycle dude.
Just get a container of whey from the store, nothing special if it's expensive, gnc, ON.
get 2.5 grams protein per kilo or so, rough number but will allow for more training.
Just eat a lot of food before and after.
I like to eat a meal 2 hours before. Drink a shake pre and intra and a large carb shake after with 180-200g carbs from dextrose and like 2.5 scoops of whey.
Don't stress about prepping.
If you need to just drink shakes but can get large meals in before and an especially large couple meals post workout and hit reasonable macros you'll be good.
If you eat in even just a 650 per day deficit you'll incinerate fat and still get stronger.

Well th adrol started to really make me feel like shit. I stopped taking it after 2 weeks 50 mg, 2 weeks 100 mg, and 2 weeks 150 mg. Got horesdous acid relfex and just felt lethargic real bad. Didnt take any today and feel good.
