To be honest my e 300 vials appear to be underdosed. I am taking 240mg (0.4 twice a week) subq and my bloods came back in the high 800's. I take less than that on my trt dose and stay in the high 900's.

Do you also take your trt dose subq?

Just order from domestic site. The pharmacom store site have been pretty awesome to me personally and I can say so far everything I have ran so far is without a doubt legit and seems to be good quality. I don't understand some of the claims some have of the quality of products or saying bunk. Seems suspect. Could be wrong tho. Every product in my cycle is pharmacom including dbol which is working great for me at just 20mg a day. I'll be bumping that up next week tho to see how I feel. Maybe I just got lucky? Hopefully the basic domestic bros take care of me like pharmacomstore

Thanks I did. I am on Keflex. Swelling already going down considerably and it's almost 24 hours since first dose of antibiotics.

Just don't know if I should try to continue with the stuff. Disappointed that the expiration is 7/17 while my test C from them was 2020.

I also read that regular PIP is felt within 24 hours, whereas my first 2 injections weren't painful until 48-72 hours. The third, which was the second time in my left glute, was painful to inject and had severe reaction within 24 hours.

500 test often does that to me. Sometimes it even gives me Test flu. Swelling and redness happens more times than not. Sometimes shots from same bottle go smooth most times not. It is probably not you technique just the high BA. Some people seem to have no problem. The PIP and other problems such as low grade fever is just your body seeing it as a threat and attacking it.

Cutting it with other lesser concentration gear or with sterile grape seed oil helps. Warming the oil with heating pad also helps some. But I no longer use T500 due to the PIP.

Thanks for the advice. I think if I can make sure this is only a reaction, then to not waste the gear I will at least cut it with the pharm grade test I get and see if that helps.

I probably should have waited until my glutes were completely healed up, although my left one wasn't really that sore or swollen. It didn't hurt until I pushed the plunger and then I felt a stinging soreness spread...

I can remember back in the late 90s using sust not from this company but holy shit did I have PIP for 8 days where I could barely walk. Girls would smack my ass and I would fucking jump. It was worse than getting hit in the nuts. I never thought of it to be an infection because we were stupid back then. Thank god it was just a reaction to the oil or prop in it. My ass would get swollen and red and everyone thought I broke or sprained a leg when I worked on very labor intense job. I'd play it safe if I were you and not use it even though it may just be a bad reaction. Your talking about 500mg in 1cc. Didnt think that was possible to get that much hormone in 1cc. Good luck.

If you know which vial gave you the infection then I would toss it man. I chunked my shit in the trash with the quickness.

NP I PM'd basicstero to see what they think. Not terrible, but it has to be underdosed to some extent. TBH I wasn't going to say anything about it until I saw the recent discussions regarding PCOM gear having issues.

Seems to be that way. This is the first rash of potentially underdosed gear that I have heard of from them. I haven't seen basicstero comment on this yet, but the guys at the reseller site have not been as forthcoming as I would like.

I ordered 2 vials of test E 500 and after 3 pins, 1st & 3rd in left glute, I have cellulitis pretty bad there and less so in the right glute. I had read that people experienced PIP so I chalked it up to that until after the 3rd pin; that's when it got red, swollen and hard.
I'm on trt so I told the doctor that it was from that and he said cellulitis is bacterial. I've been doing IM in my glutes twice a week since November and never had PIP or any redness/soreness. I was using test C 250/.5ml injections and it was fine. Went with .5ml on the Test E 500 and this happened.
Any advice that's helpful would be appreciated. I went with the test E hoping that it would last longer since I wanted to cycle @ 500mg a week then go back to 250mg.
I ordered the test C from the east coast. Other than expirations being different, the only difference I can tell is the transition from the neck to the body off the bottle has a different contour. Both times I ordered I used the website.
I don't know. I'm tired and it's late and I have to work tomorrow.
I take it I shouldn't use the gear, even diluting it? The other vial is probably the same? Anyone think it's bacterial contamination? Anyway to test? I'm more than willing to return the product if I can get something that won't cause this to happen.
Really sucks... didn't want to be the guy posting something like this. I always practice sterile procedures and only pin after showering, using luer lock 20 gauge to draw and 23 to pin. Never let the syringe be exposed or touch anything. Use 91% alcohol and scrub vial top letting it dry first and scrub skin well. Never had a problem until this happened.

I don't have bloods, so take this with a grain of salt. I'm running 900mg of test e a week, I was only planning on 600, but upped my dosage after I was underwhelmed by my results.. I've run enough test to know how I personally feel, and where i should be in the gym.. I'll probably use what I have up at 1200mg a week, then finish my cycle with another brand. That's my plan. Not making accusations or claims of any kind..

My trt dose is 200 mgs per week, from the pharmacy and I'm around 700's, could be a lot of different factors.

is just high dosed shit. been on the 500 e for six weeks now, and still to this day, i feel like i've been kicked by a horse, with baseball sized lumps that are cherry red and they do delay like 2 or 3 days before it really hits you, but it does go away after a week or two. i'm only doing a 1/2cc twice a week so what does that tell you? test just hurts like a bitch when it's that concentrated, cause like the dude said earlier your body attacks it. i rotate glutes, and my shot before last i stuck it in ( after a week of no injections in that ass cheek), pulled back on the plunger, and pulled what looked like the oil i put in it a week ago. i think our bodies try to isolate the foreign substance until it can completely dissolve it, and pain and inflammation is the way it does it.

also i made the mistake of jabbing this shit in my left quad. i limped for two weeks, and it swole up, with the swelling travelling down my leg to my knee, all the way down to my mid shin. the weird part was even though it was so puffy, and i'm mean puffy, it didn't hurt a bit expept around the injection site. if someone could chime in and tell me wtf that was about, i would really like to know. Anyways, my 0.02 is your fine, and it's too be expected from the 500e.
