When I order my products from the pharmacom.ws store over three weeks ago I paid $30 in shipping and was told my order would arrive in approximately a week. I was also assured that over the last five years the company had enjoyed a 100% success rate shipping to the United States. Apparently when I placed my order they were out of stock at their EU warehouse. So not only was my package not shipped for a week, when they did ship it, it was shipped from Hong Kong.
My package now appears to have been seized and Vladimir has told me that nothing that can be done until I get a seizure letter. I was also told that the shipping times from Hong Kong are much higher, as well as the rate of seizure. Had I know ANY of this I would have NEVER ordered.
I saw the option of ordering products cheaper from the Hong Kong warehouse and decided I DID NOT want that option as the wait time was longer. So now I am stuck waiting around for a letter, my address is burned, and my first experience with pharmacom will almost certainly be my last.
I understand that Vladimir and Darius can't control customs. But customers should know when products are out of stock in the EU and pharmacom is planning on taking risks with their product and safety shipping packages that are likely to be seized and liable to take several times longer to arrive.
Truthfully this situation is 50% my fault and 50% pharmacoms. I should have done a lot better research on the company. After my own package failed to arrive I searched several forums including this one and find MULTIPLE instances of people having packages intercepted at a high rate ESPECIALLY FROM HONG KONG!!! Go back a few pages on this thread and you will see I'm not the first person to complain about the EXACT SAME SHENANIGANS in the last few weeks.
BUYER BEWARE. They will take your money and give you the run around for weeks. Nothing inspires confidence in a company like being told the success rate is 100% and then your first order is intercepted.
