FWIW I have heard several sources cite their INTL seizure rates at anything from less than 1% to 3% but since that is all marketing talk, I would believe it all.

Anecdotal evidence watching their threads and complaints suggests suggest a far higher rate than that even with extreme stealth shipping.

Most seizures occur in Chicago. LA is on 2nd place. Sometimes SF. This is only with international delivery. Domestic orders do not pass customs and have 100% delivery success rate.
