Regarding the quality. It always wondered me to read complains kinda " I take your deca and i don`t have any feelings changed, its bank". Firstly, no one takes an only single product, especially deca solo. There is a definite stack consisting of 2,3 or more products. By far not everyone can say or feel, which exactly product works or does not.
Blood works could be also not always exact depending on how good liver functions, etc.
Finally, let`s say frankly, we are a big company and many people try to get freebies. No way I am trying to accuse someone on this board. But we don`t know people on the other side. So, we can not accept complains just based on feelings or even blood works, cause we can not know, whether our testosterone was injected in the amount stated or not. There are competitors, who may try to ruin our reputation, there are reverse scammers. Since we can not say who is on the other side we had to apply general rules for all customers. There is a fair and simple condition in our ordering terms. If someone thinks a product is bunk or does not meet the dosages stated, he/she can send a sample to ANY lab providing verifiable reports. It means that the lab should issue an official report with a stamp on it and confirm its genuine upon request. Simec does it. Chromatography is always precise. f test report shows a product is bunk we completely replace it and cover all testing expenses/shipping expenses, etc. Customers lose nothing at all. Its more than fair. I should notice, that almost nobody among complainers agrees to do so, for some reason. And almost all tests, except a couple of them, always showed stated amounts within allowed deviation. Everyone can buy anonymously and test it. It means something.

What this amounts to is Pcom only taking cash in and very rarely sending any out. The money going out goes to the sponsored athletes by way of gear and clothing. Its advertising that drives more new business so they are not getting hurt there. Any pissed off customers that don't reorder isn't felt because of the new business being picked up by being on literally every board.
I really get tired of hearing about these rogue members who are out to cripple pcom. Reverse scammers make up a very small % of people ordering PCOM gear and gear in general. With the # of reps they have on the boards they could take complaints on a case by case basis. Dealing with complaints on the front lines(board members) would go a long way as far as perception of giving a shit about customers. Non board members who try and reverse scam don't have a leg to stand on and if there is any non board members trying to reverse scam I believe it gets as far as an email complaint that pcom blows off anyway. They respond when a member complains because its out for all to see. Those board members complaining have at least made a purchase which can easily be verified. Treating these type of complaints by board members is really just customer service dealing with current customers. Taking care of these customers would be good for morale and business all around.
Straight reverse scammers are easily picked out. Treating paying customers as if they can't be trusted is a big fuck you to them. Sending a new vial for testing for guys paying your inflated prices isn't going to happen very often. It fucks off their cycle. They are just gonna say "fuck it" and move on to the next source. Pcom really doesn't care. Your current way is not the only way to do things...its the only way to not deal with complaints from paying customers and the way to not ever come our of pocket. One way street here.
What you all should do is at least give guys what the originally pay for if a seizure occurs and a reship is necessary. Not reshipping the free gear is a Shyster's move. The specials you all run is the only way to bring the gear into a respectable price.
Your screwing the paying, regular, every day member by not honoring the special...they get it if they have a complaint as well. Pcom makes out no matter what happens.

Glad to see the updates. Unfortunately, in my case another week has passed and nothing has changed. No reply to any email sent. No update regarding order status. This is the 3rd week since payment....
Only pharmacom helper was kind enough to reply to a pm, but could not give me any info regarding my order...

Our international warehouse and US domestic warehouse work in normal mode.

EU warehouse is temporarily closed until further announcement. All orders from EU warehouse were whether shipped upon customers` agreement from our international warehouse with a good bonus or just funds refunded. Sorry for the hassle, we just got info about coming inspections and had to keep all safe.

Please check it! Many customers who switched to bitcoins are really happy now with absence of any issues and without any need to contact us, so orders run really smoothly. WU and MG tighten the screws more and more! I apologize all - I'm new here. However, I was unaware that the facility was closed until further notice. I actually placed an order on the 3rd (Wasn't aware of Chinese holiday). I have yet to receive any communication with the exception of an email I got from Vlad (Didn't say anything about EU being down). Are bitcoins being returned since the facility is shut down temp or can I still expect the shipment? Just looking for some information.

I think Frank has came here and made a serious effort to deal with all complaints, I respect that. I've received tracking for my order now so I am confident nothing sinister has gone on. First time ordering but looks a trust worthy source. I just believe a couple of staff should be employed to deal with complaints / communication. It seems Frank is trying to handle too many job roles at once. Have a dedicated staff member answer emails and enquiries - it's a nice touch to see you come and visit the boards every couple of days to run through the feedback and answer things personally, so I would stick with that also.

When selling on eBay for example individual and small businesses are required to maintain a level of customer service on par with any large established company. Offering good communication and customer service makes more money for the seller. Sure you can say "well your purchasing products that you shouldn't be, it's all a risk anyway so just be grateful if you get if at all". You know what happens then? You find a different source with a better attitude. That's what happens.

IronJulius PM'd me. Coincidentally enough I received an email and tracking number shortly after my post and talking with Iron. Again, this was my first time ordering and I was unaware of the holiday (So this is an error on my part). I personally don't have much room/experience to say much. I just wanted some assurance on the purchase. Thanks all for the help!

No one! Pharmacom has no single shill here. You will never ever find any single older or newer member on this or any other board, whom i was trying to give away freebies or pay for good reviews; neither on boards nor on email. I always said everyone can share his honest experience. You touch the topic about scammers. I mentioned it in regard to our conditions: they should be equal for all. If someone says our products are bunk,they should provide some documentary evidence. In most cases customers just complain they don`t feel it. Its not an argument. I mentioned reverse scammers only as an example. Conditions should be equal for all. If someone does not agree, he should not order; its simple. Our conditions are more than fair.
Finally, there are not as many reverse scammers as many competitors whos goal is to make us seen bad in members` eyes. I have to admit, partly we contibute to this by not replying in timely manner. We acknowledged this, and we are fixing it.
So, for example we change the guy, who is now under the username "Pharmacom Helper". He will be more active now. Also, i wanted to announce it separately, but mention it here as well: if someone has some questions regarding cycles, blood work interpretation, PCT advices and so on, he/she can contact Pharmacom Helper, he will help you with it.
Most recent complains are only about delivery and payment issues. Both were caused by recent national holidays in China from 28th to 8th, and postal service is still loaded.
We changed receivers for WU and MG. New ones are faster. We changed part of our support team, old ones fired.
We launched a new discreet form for oils and working on pills, in order to reduce seizure rate. Test shipping showed better success rate. We are also in the middle of testing new delivery way into difficult regions so that customers can order products at cheaper price, participate in promo offers, get freebies and not to have seizures. I have good feeling we succeed in this soon.
So, we take all into account and do what we can to improve the situation. Your point of view does not meet the reality.
p.s. regarding the price. Sure, you can use something cheaper from the nearest kitchen, if you don`t care about your health at all.

Well guys I’ve got no reason to lie, I’m sceptical of everyone, I’m also impatient and demanding. If I pay money I feel I have the right to be.

Order was placed on the 9th, sent out on the 10th and received today 21st. Packaging wasn’t discrete as requested because I wanted to have the check codes. Won’t go into detail but let’s just say it’s been posted as you’d send anything over - no issues with customs. Was somewhat shocked (and very happy) to see it. Frank threw in some free t3 too. I’m based in the UK and it’s taken just over a week to arrive.

I’m very happy and won’t be going anywhere else in future. On a side note, this has forced me into researching and investing in bitcoin so I’m happy about that too! The bitcoin promo freebies Pharmacom offered makes everything a bargain. I purchased from the international store straight from basicstero.

Frank it would be a good idea for someone to go over the printing on the gear, no that I mind personally, but it’s full of spelling inaccuracies and broken English. With such a professional looking product it serves to increase confidence in buyers when everything is worded properly.
