Regarding the quality. It always wondered me to read complains kinda " I take your deca and i don`t have any feelings changed, its bank". Firstly, no one takes an only single product, especially deca solo. There is a definite stack consisting of 2,3 or more products. By far not everyone can say or feel, which exactly product works or does not.
Blood works could be also not always exact depending on how good liver functions, etc.
Finally, let`s say frankly, we are a big company and many people try to get freebies. No way I am trying to accuse someone on this board. But we don`t know people on the other side. So, we can not accept complains just based on feelings or even blood works, cause we can not know, whether our testosterone was injected in the amount stated or not. There are competitors, who may try to ruin our reputation, there are reverse scammers. Since we can not say who is on the other side we had to apply general rules for all customers. There is a fair and simple condition in our ordering terms. If someone thinks a product is bunk or does not meet the dosages stated, he/she can send a sample to ANY lab providing verifiable reports. It means that the lab should issue an official report with a stamp on it and confirm its genuine upon request. Simec does it. Chromatography is always precise. f test report shows a product is bunk we completely replace it and cover all testing expenses/shipping expenses, etc. Customers lose nothing at all. Its more than fair. I should notice, that almost nobody among complainers agrees to do so, for some reason. And almost all tests, except a couple of them, always showed stated amounts within allowed deviation. Everyone can buy anonymously and test it. It means something.
What this amounts to is Pcom only taking cash in and very rarely sending any out. The money going out goes to the sponsored athletes by way of gear and clothing. Its advertising that drives more new business so they are not getting hurt there. Any pissed off customers that don't reorder isn't felt because of the new business being picked up by being on literally every board.
I really get tired of hearing about these rogue members who are out to cripple pcom. Reverse scammers make up a very small % of people ordering PCOM gear and gear in general. With the # of reps they have on the boards they could take complaints on a case by case basis. Dealing with complaints on the front lines(board members) would go a long way as far as perception of giving a shit about customers. Non board members who try and reverse scam don't have a leg to stand on and if there is any non board members trying to reverse scam I believe it gets as far as an email complaint that pcom blows off anyway. They respond when a member complains because its out for all to see. Those board members complaining have at least made a purchase which can easily be verified. Treating these type of complaints by board members is really just customer service dealing with current customers. Taking care of these customers would be good for morale and business all around.
Straight reverse scammers are easily picked out. Treating paying customers as if they can't be trusted is a big fuck you to them. Sending a new vial for testing for guys paying your inflated prices isn't going to happen very often. It fucks off their cycle. They are just gonna say "fuck it" and move on to the next source. Pcom really doesn't care. Your current way is not the only way to do things...its the only way to not deal with complaints from paying customers and the way to not ever come our of pocket. One way street here.
What you all should do is at least give guys what the originally pay for if a seizure occurs and a reship is necessary. Not reshipping the free gear is a Shyster's move. The specials you all run is the only way to bring the gear into a respectable price.
Your screwing the paying, regular, every day member by not honoring the special...they get it if they have a complaint as well. Pcom makes out no matter what happens.
