By reading these posts I can see it’s not just me waiting for my order to be dispatched, been waiting almost two weeks for them just to pick up the money, to dispatch it , the reply I got was China has limited how many orders one person can pick up at a time so there must be a long waiting list....

I have placed two different orders this week. received the first shipment two days after money was sent. My other order was placed two days ago and expected to be here today or tomrroow. Domestic warehouse of coarse.

My good man hang in there I received that same exact email word for word so I take it they're just forwarding them to there customers over&over again. But no worries your only days away from recieving another email telling you your package is being put together your in the loop hole so again no worries mate!! Your gtg in another week maybe less there definitely getting these PACKS OUT FASTER THEN YOU THINK. Remember TEAM PC isn't this gigantic corporation with hundreds of immigrant workings packing up top A grade gear. Believe it or not it takes skill and a lot of knowledge to get these packs ready to ship out especially once you order everything but the Kicthen sink!!! Keep those orders medium to small I tend to only grab 4boxes (amps or orals)&no more then 4 vials do to seizure risk and I hate when they split up your gear mistakes are made much easier this way so keep those orders somewhat reasonable you'll be much happier with your package arrival time. Take it from me who's been running their gear for YEARS SINCE YOU COULD PURCHASE A BOTTLE OF PRIMO FOR $37 then Amps came alone prices double international shit EU is sticking with there own and US in the states well domestic is just recidiculously lol expensive. Like seriously for all the shit people talk especially on a compound like"PROVIRON" it's more then double yes I understand no risk of customs but shit $90 for a blister of 50/50mg tabs is straight up highway robbery but you get what you pay for most of the time that is just stay clear of those Dballs everything else has been absolutely exceptionable because I've basically tried everything besides a couple mixes!! my reseller will anything you want at your doorstep in 2damn days and yes it's straight up LEGITIMATE PC GEAR SO CHOOSE YOUR SOURCES WISELY especially if you need it like ASAP but dude doesn't worry if you're getting emails that's a good sign you're gonna get your gear sooner then lata. Just be patient you ordered international fucking Hong Kong so you know it's gonna take a minute especially how many people have jumped on ship hence why I'm going back to domestic don't need the headaches and worries I'll pay more a lot more but my gear will be in my hands in no time instead of waiting a month just for an email. I’m from UK so they said to me they had to do that whole send it from international business but my current problem is it’s taken them two weeks and they haven’t even collected the money yet which is long, my first cycle they collected it within 2 days and I had it in 7 from eu site

My fill level issue was addressed and handled, also my seizure/reship was addressed and handled.
I just did what some of the guys recommended as far as making contact. They got back to me in a couple of days and that got things rolling. Both took a few days to resolve but eventually all was worked out.

But please unterstand that i am waiting since weeks for an answer of my mails and/or a confirmation of the payment!
My issue is not solved and instead of helping me and the other guys the Pharmacomhelper advertises how great your teamwork was. Please do not understand me wrong I am happy for you but I am a little bit disappointed...

Yeah... I was already in contact with them (over contact formular from the page) I also got an answer from their EU Sales adress with the information that the EU warehouse is down for a while and I need to decide if I would the to have my payment back if I have already payed or get my order with a slight bonus from the Internat. warehouse. I sent a question back and received an answer. Then I told them my decision how to proceed and got no response. Since around two weeks. I also tried to get in touch with frank over Skype and Wickr without success..

I've ordered also. Had a complete nightmare with the pharmacomworld store, very poor communication.
I tried the basicstero store and got quite frustrated as they didn't reply either at first, but then just as I was tearing my hair out I got a reply my money was received, goods packed up and sent out. This was within 1 day of sending payment. I'm from the UK and also ordered from the international store.
I ran a business for 4 years buying products that are shipped from Shenzhen through Hong Kong - so I know exactly how the postage system works. It's always very fast, it's just sellers often do not drop your goods off or have them picked up in a timely fashion. However, the quicker you send them out, the quicker they arrive. Which helps you crush your competitors.
In this day and age people want speed and reliability. I could have ordered domestic and got sis labs, but based on reviews I hear this gear is of the highest quality. I'm hoping I made a good decision and will be conducting blood works throughout. Been told I'll receive a tracking number within 7 days of dispatch so I'll report back next week to let everyone know.
We all just want things to run smoothly and be simple. Coming from a business background the single most important thing is communication. It doesn't matter how many times you have to tell a customer bad news or wait a little longer, it's 1000x worse not to reply to emails. Keeping people updated helps people stay calm and rational.
Just little emails with updates here and there can mean the difference between a good reputation and a bad one. A simple 'hey just want to keep you updated I don't have any news yet but I'll be in contact when I do' is far better than staying quiet waiting for circumstances out of your control to fall in place before telling a customer 'I told you so! You just needed to be patient it's on it's way!'
