If you got it from basic international it came from the factory and they are not fake. You don't need to even check the codes. What you SHOULD be worried about is filtering it before use.
Why should the gear from their vials be filtered? First I've heard of this
 
sorry about it. we replace it now. For future and for all similar cases conditions are equal for all: we require video of package opening process. Generally, the vial on the photo with the check code sticked - it is from a very old batch. As far as I know our warehouse should no longer have these batches in stock. I will find this out and contact you.
Update: have sent pics and video. Daily communication from basic. Waiting on final response to make sure I have satisfied all their requests.

I received my order and it was missing items. I’ve contacted via email and I was asked to send videos. I sent the video for proof and have heard nothing for 3 weeks, despite 5 attempts. Please let me know the status. I have enjoyed and bragged about this brand and now the integrity is gone. Let me know what I need to do at this point.

Darius is not responsible for that shop and I cannot reach Frank ... neither via Skype nore Wickr... the official email response is stuck since two weeks and my payment has not recognized so far... it is annoying at the moment

I also have a similar issue. I Ordered from EU domestic. Was told it would be closed for unspecified time, but my order could be shipped from international. I agreed but have not heard anything from them since.....
 
I am also waiting for an order from international... shipped more than a week ago, but still no tracking ... no answer via email ..

Well I was told my package is being shipped out October 6 and that they will be packing it up first thing in the morning nothing has happened also the receiver has not been located and my money is still sitting or even worse MIA EVEN though they told me that they're going to go ahead and complete my order!! FRANK MY DUDE LETS GET THESE PACKS OUT If you need more help over there I'm more than willing to come to HK and give a helping hand.
 
Last week China holiday. This week probably spreading out the hundreds of packs. It will probably take the post office there time to catch up as well
 
Had 2 packages waiting this past 2 weeks , both have moved today. Landed in US but now the difficult part of clearing customs ... I have a feeling that they are catching on to discreet ... don’t know how that’s possible

Where do you live is the BIGGEST CONCERN IF YOUR SHIPMENT GOES THROUGH Chicago or Los Angeles you better count your blessings because 90% you are fucked. If it goes through NY Jamaica your OK 50/50 as of now. HENCE IM TRYING TO CONTACT PHARMACOM AND Have MY FUNDS SENT TO DOMESTIC WAREHOUSE EVEN THOUGH ITS 4x's the price I SICK AND TIRED OF BEING SICK AND TIRED. In the lab reports I've seen there hasn't been any mention of bacterial or heavy metal contaminants, if there's an issue I would genuinely like to know about it.

The Fish dude claims he got dirty Mast....That's where it all came from. So he blames PCOM from what maybe was his Pinning Protocol. Not really sure, but i've had 0 issues in 2.5 years of PCOM I think.

Situation was handled after I submitted photo and video evidence. Replacement vial of tren on the way and a store credit in domestic.

I thought for sure they'd suspect I was doing them dirty. However, they followed their established photo/video policy and I was taken care of. Communication was timely as well. No more than 24 hours between messages back and forth.

I'm satisfied.
