Our production said it is possible in each "filling cycle" at the end of it when just no more oils stays in the system to be filled. We as a rule sort out such vials and do not sell them. Every production has some defects or wastes. So, for example, now we are putting into orders for free pills as bonuses, which were damaged at production. I mean damaged blisters. For some reason that vial was not noticed. We may have a few vials like this within a batch, its kinda "normal". Of course, we replace such products.

Check codes are located on boxes. You mix up something. The main reason, why our site says a product is fake because customers enter wrong code. Such symbols like I (caps i) and l (small L) and 1 or 0 and o, and s.o. can be mixed up. We asked factory to change the shrift to a more clearer.
Any success with the ria transfers payment method?
Ria transfers should work better than WU and MG. We have lately many issues with MG and WU. Ria and bitcoin are preferable options.

Then your arimidex;which is awesome same with your Stanos. Also purchased many vials all TestE300 and 1 PharmaPrim200 but from a Domestic reseller here in the states all were spot on gtg. Yesterday I decided to finally strach off the Verification bar codes for the AMPS and was seriously in SHOCK!!! I just began using your Primo100 with Bayer Testoviron depot bc the oil is so damn thick with the HUMAN REAL HUMAN GRADE BAYER TESTOVIRON AND OBS ORGANON SUSTANON. I started mixing the Primo100 to make the injections much smoother and with the Testoviron it's crucial you inject very slowly;well that's the only way bc it's that damn thick!!! Out of all the boxes I ordered from basicstero from this one order alone 2 boxes checked out 1 box of PharmaPrim100 the other was considered fake@your check code main site and a box of TestC200 the rest didn't check out. The colors on the boxes were all different some darker some lighter and I recall speaking to you early APRIL ABOUT THIS AND YOU TOLD ME NO WORRIES EVERYTHING IS GOOD WELL ITS NOT BC MY LAZY ASS finally strached off the code bar and was like WTF is this about!!! See I always ran OBS SUSTANON OR BAYER TESTOVIRON ALONG SIDE YOUR AMPS SO NOW I KNOW WHAT WAS GETTING ME JACKED UP!! Its absolutely not needed. All oils are sterile. Also, we have a new discreet way for oils: sachets. We add them to site soon. Oil in sachets is also absolutely sterile; no need to do any manipulations with it. Just take out and pin.

I received my order and it was missing items. I’ve contacted via email and I was asked to send videos. I sent the video for proof and have heard nothing for 3 weeks, despite 5 attempts. Please let me know the status. I have enjoyed and bragged about this brand and now the integrity is gone. Let me know what I need to do at this point.

I've ordered also. Had a complete nightmare with the pharmacomworld store, very poor communication.
I tried the basicstero store and got quite frustrated as they didn't reply either at first, but then just as I was tearing my hair out I got a reply my money was received, goods packed up and sent out. This was within 1 day of sending payment. I'm from the UK and also ordered from the international store.
I ran a business for 4 years buying products that are shipped from Shenzhen through Hong Kong - so I know exactly how the postage system works. It's always very fast, it's just sellers often do not drop your goods off or have them picked up in a timely fashion. However, the quicker you send them out, the quicker they arrive. Which helps you crush your competitors.
In this day and age people want speed and reliability. I could have ordered domestic and got sis labs, but based on reviews I hear this gear is of the highest quality. I'm hoping I made a good decision and will be conducting blood works throughout. Been told I'll receive a tracking number within 7 days of dispatch so I'll report back next week to let everyone know.
We all just want things to run smoothly and be simple. Coming from a business background the single most important thing is communication. It doesn't matter how many times you have to tell a customer bad news or wait a little longer, it's 1000x worse not to reply to emails. Keeping people updated helps people stay calm and rational.
Just little emails with updates here and there can mean the difference between a good reputation and a bad one. A simple 'hey just want to keep you updated I don't have any news yet but I'll be in contact when I do' is far better than staying quiet waiting for circumstances out of your control to fall in place before telling a customer 'I told you so! You just needed to be patient it's on it's way!'

I guess you got into the period of holidays in China. I will contact you and hope smooth your impressions about us. Generally, delivery to Europe from our international takes longer compared to the delivery towards USA. We use another postal service. That service provides a bit longer delivery frame rate, but ensures best possible success rate with customs. We have not so many EU customers from ordering from our international warehouse, but those who tested it, know it works. We only do not recommend to order from international warehouse into Scandinavian countries.
