You should know what you do. It turns out, some do not have even have a notion that a higher dosage of an active agent per ml can cause a pip and more serious side effects.
Different people have different reaction. Some can bear it fine, some not. After 25-50 injections body should get used to it. But not with all and not everyone is ready to bear it. This is not even needed.
