So they were out of stock with one of the items and thats why they havent sent it right? I had it happen with them before but it didnt take a month. I know they are selling off all their remaining stock from that warehouse so maybe they are waiting for the new shop to open up. I got a couple of the remaining things too. Fyi they did make things right with me for taking a long time when it happened.Never thought I’d had to sit here and write something negative about pharmacom labs. I placed a fairly large order on Jan 10th and according to the us.basicstero.ws US Domestic warehouse, my order was shipped. I contacted Frank who said he would check on it. Today is Feb 6th and I still don’t have my order. First time this happens, I’m a loyal customer.
I want to believe they fucked up somehow and will make it better but the lack of response is unacceptable.
Notice how my order says “shipped” yet they told me they had some problems with the Var I ordered and did not have it or some shit like that. Ok but how about shipping the rest of my order???

Same here. She been dying to try primo and the price is right.Hopefully this last bit of stuff they have domestic gets sent out without any hiccups. My wife is gnawing at the bit waiting for the stuff i got her.
Just a quick review from my experience so far with pcom. 2 orders so far. Didn't had the chance to test product until first pin monday because I had to clear my system before getting new baseline. Will be doing 250 mg test c per week to start as "power" trt. Will update. Communication was great. Shipping was actually pretty fast from int (2 weeks)
@Pharmacom Labs I haven' bought from you in years yet I still get solicited by email monthly. I can't unsubscribe and I thought you deleted all records? What the fuck do we have to do to leave me alone and delete my records? I really wish I never did business with you guys, you are a liability.

Save me your long winded answer it is yes it could. My orders were deleted and I still got the email. So what other information is tied to the email? Don't say nothing we all know that is bullshit. You act like it's a conspiracy theory because it shows a glaring vulnerability in your orginization. Again another reason only newbs order from you guys.people whats wrong with you.

If you enter your account and see the list of you orders with details, how come you can see it without this info being stored in our database? Common.
How do you imagine a service without this info? How can our support work, if all orders info is removed immediately? You won`t even get tracking numbers if we dont store this info.
Databases are encrypted.

I tell you what. When we had this discussion last time maybe a yea ago. We removed orders history based on a few complains here and you know what? We received MUCH MUCH more complains and questions where the hell are all their orders gone; and requires to restore the orders history.
We found an optimum solution, we keep orders history in database.Each customer has a choice and can remove his/her orders in personal account dashboard.
Regarding the message about an email address stored within 4 years(for some reason new designed board does not let me quote messages, i check it later). @movingiron88 have you ever, at least one single time within these years, addressed us and asked to remove you from the emailing list or remove your account on site?
I guess you did not. Looks like you you preferred to suffer from our mails within years without saying a word to us; and now is the best way to inform us about it on board publicly, right? If you had contacted our support they would have for sure removed your account and your email. Apparently, you have never tried to do so.

there are no issues at all. After we received huge amount of complains about lost orders history we decided to keep it by default. This is what every single online store does, isn`t it? Its normal, and it is not any safety violation or whatever. Customer support is not possible without this info being saved. We also would not know, which countries/states are safe for regular shipping, and which have tough customs and require discreet packaging. We would not be able to launch a new warehouse for such locations. The final beneficiary of this is the customer. We do our best to provide better service with minimum seizures, etc. This would not be possible if we did not have the database with addresses for analysis. Do not try to make a big deal from it. The work of all online stores is based on it. If someone thinks we should not keep any info at all, he/she should not use our store or any other online stores at all, dont even use internet and not to forget to buy a foil hat
I underline it again: by default customers info, orders history is saved in our database. If you enter your account and see your previous orders, it means your info is kept in our database.
BUT WE DO NOT FORCE YOU TO KEEP IT THERE! EVERYONE CAN REMOVE HIS ORDERS WITH ALL PERSONAL DETAILS, ADDRESSES.
Our only oversight was that we did not provide from the very beginning the choice to unsubscribe from our emails as well as to remove your account completely, so that even your username will be removed.
We heard you we will do this.
Also, don`t forget there is the reverse of the coin. If you remove your order immediately after you ordered; and your order is seized or some vials arrive broken, do not expect us to replace it, cause we will no longer be able to check, what items you ordered and whether you ordered from us, indeed.
To sum up, there is no issues at all. For years of our store is online we had probably a dozen of inquires to remove accounts and emails. 99.99% don`t seem to bother about it, on the contrary, they get frustrated if orders history disappears. It is not possible to have the common solution, which everyone will like.
For this reason, every singlee customer can remove orders on his own. I think this is the right solution.
