I looked into this as I've got an order in that includes some T3. I looked up the same item you did on your screenshot (meltos) in a mobile browser to replicate it. While it does indicate 100 pills next to a small icon at the bottom of the listing, it also says 50 pills in large bold print just above where you cut off your screenshot. It also clearly says 50 pills when you're in the subcategory of fat burners before you select the individual item. Was this something they changed on the website recently since you originally posted this? Otherwise it seems pretty obvious to me that you're getting 50 pills. Though they really should change the part where it does say 100 for clarity.
