Is the pharmacom primo (200mg/ml) legit ?

I do not get any significant PIP. As long as I am deep enough I get zero PIP from it.
Lately while on test/primo mixed cruise i've been using 1/2" pins because volume is small ; but, sometimes I am too shallow and get some PIP (i think only because oil get between muscle and skin, NOT because of the compound). Overall, on cycle with proper pin (such as 1 inch or 1.25 inch 27g) not bad PIP at all.
