If you know how to use Bitcoin, it is easy.
Just place the order on the official store site.
Send the amount of BTC in the order confirmation to the source's wallet address in the specific order confirmation for that order (make sure to also cover any transaction fees or the source will not receive the correct amount).
Then, you just need to enter the payment info for the order in you Basicstero account (that is what I made the guide to help people with) so the source's staff can locate/verify the funds and they will assign it to the order.
That's it, and the order status will update.

I will try to explain how I use Bitcoin.

• Step-1: Buy bitcoin from Coinbase https://www.coinbase.com/

• Step-2: Transfer enough bitcoin to your personal wallet to pay for your order and the transfer fees (so make sure to have more bitcoin than just what you own the store because each transfer does have some transfer fees).

• Step-3: Pay for your order from your personal wallet (again, make sure to cover the transfer fees).

Consider Use a personal wallet to store your cryptocurrency, and from which you may make your payments. With this way, you may transfer your crypto into the personal wallet and then makes payments from your wallet.

Exodus is an example of a high-quality wallet with a good reputation: https://www.exodus.com/ What most people do when using cryptocurrency is to buy the cypto tokens on an exchange, such as Coinbase, and then send the crypo to a personal wallet. Note that you can make an anonymous wallet that is located on your computer, or other device, and may not require personal information, if anonymity is important to you.

Your personal wallet will function as a middle-point between the exchange and the destination of your payments. This way you do not transfer funds directly from an exchange to the final destination. Transfer funds into your wallet to store them, then send payment from the wallet to the final destination.

That means I've been ordering for seven out of 10 years ... an I feel old moment.

I know right! I feel old too.
Time flies! look at the date when Basicstero started here.
I can remember when they were new here and it seems recent to me.
I used to use PoG on Eroids (retired a long time ago). before Basicstero started here.
That's how I know its too late for me and I turned into an older man, when a decade doesn't fee like a long time anymore (all the grey/white in my hair and beard now don't help things either).
I can't believe how fast the years went by...

Reading this thread, I must presume the overwhelming majority of Pharmacom customers aren't hoarding cryptocurrencies, but instead buy expressly for Pharmacom orders on a per order basis, so again I'm sure I won't be the only buyer with this issue.

Hopefully there's an easy solution.

I’m new to pharmacom - waiting on the 3 orders I placed during BF (one is already in Chicago which is crazy fast since I ordered international)

I will say their website really couldn’t be simpler. Assuming you are already using bitcoin to buy your gear, it’s just a simple intuitive website. I prefer it over some busy websites with more steps.

Obviously just emailing an order and getting an exact price and bitcoin link is easy for smaller domestic sources - but that doesn’t work at scale.

So just my feedback, I like the website.

I think the part that confused some new customers is having to submit the payment info in their Basicstero account. Not everyone understands that they have to notify the source about the funds transfer. They may think that once they send it, its done. But, they don;t understand the source has hundreds of other incoming transfers and needs the details to be able to find and verify the funds. After they do it once, then its easy for 99% of people.

To the best of my understanding, the carrier for all Pharmacom Labs oil products is grape seed oil (GSO) with 5% to 10% EO.

It sounds like you placed an order on Monday during the biggest sale, highest order volume, and busiest time of online shopping for all businesses and postal systems in the whole world.
And, it sounds like you are upset because you do not have tracking yet?

When the tracking number is available, it will be uploaded to the order details page in your Basicstero account. But, you need to have some patience and give this some time. You are buying AAS which is not the same as shipping a t-shirt from Amazon prime.

Nonetheless, you can write to customer support on the store if you think there is a mistake or problem with your order. O,r send me a private message with you order number, describe what you think the problem is, and I can try to help you with it.

The order was placed on the EU internal market. Supposedly, my order has already been shipped, but according to the tracking number, it has not yet been delivered to the post office!
