Everyone's going to tell you do your own research then make an educated decision the fact is everything can change in a day so you have to constantly monitor that s*** ...sometimes people will stay I heard good things about whoever's shit, and then you read on here and find out that it's all contaminated and dirty....sometimes our guys ask about a labs shit and no one really knows but on another forum you can pick up a lot of information about that lab...most have subforums where guys have posted blood results on a specific product and there's also lab analysis of specific products.
