It’s my first cycle and for some reasons I’ve decided to go for an oral only cycle ( I know that is wrong but I wanted to go very slow with aas use and I wasn’t able to pin myself…now my opinion is that I’ll never use orals again except proviron…too many sides imho). The plan was 4 cycle dbol and proviron, starting on low dose and then increasing it. I has been working out for 5 years and I had some good mass but I was lacking in quality, vascularity and my bf was high (13%). Height :177 cm; weight: 73-74 kg. My scale is broken since some months so I can’t give some weight’s variation datas but I will post some photos that are a better way to judge.

DIET: 190-230 g of proteins, 250-420 g of carbs ,60-80 g of fats
WORKOUTS: 4 day split : day 1 arms, day 2 legs ,day 3 chest+back+ shoulders1, day 4 traps+shoulder2+ biceps
WEEK 1
Started with 20 mg of dbol and 50 of proviron ( upped to 100 after 3 days) with splitted assumptions, I had tried to make a distance of maximum hours from assumption and workout because dbol decrease cortisol so there’s a lower muscular damage so lower growth…proviron therefore do the opposite job by decreasing estrogens it elevates muscular damages . I’ve use this metod to split my assumptions.
I’ve started to see some better pumps and an improved mood during workout and some nausea during all day. I was working out 4 times x week and I had increased calories by upping proteins and carbo. I was taking glutathione and milk thistle to help my liver.
WEEK 2
Dbol kicked: back pumps, more vascularity and quality ( proviron doing his job) and some gains. Not so much strength increase. I’ve gained some fat due to the very rapid increase in calories. Ready to up both orals, in the last days of week 2 I’ve upped dbol to 30 mg and proviron to 40 mg.
WEEK 3
I’ve noticed good pumps in the gym and also some gains, imho it wasn’t water, in fact I haven’t got so much bloat, especially in the face. Leg days were fantastic, I had more vascularity and strength. Nausea was still a problem, it was difficult to eat much, maybe the stress on my liver was high.
WEEK 4
Upped dbol to 40 mg while proviron remains the same; estrogen related sides starts to appear; high pressure and some water retention, maybe some sign of gine but I’m not sure because I’ve got some old fat in my chest. I’ve taken also more milk thistle and glutathione, very few alchol ( like only one or two times in the entire month).
WEEK 5 (pct)
Started at 100 mg of clomid the first day and then 50 for remainings day (28). I’ve not noticed loss of gains, maybe some strength but muscles and vascularity ( little less than on cycle) are still there. Obv I decreased protein intake that is no more necessary.
