[Pharmacom] Test-E/T-bol cycle [09Nov17]

Tomorrow begins week 3 of test and week 4 of tbol. Currently still loving and ridin this tbol out. Libido up, sleep better and mood is good. Feel like a champ, strength is mad. Leaning up some as well it seems, only down at the moment is some random lethergy and shin splints and lower back soreness like a mf. Otherwise all is good. Gonna run labs week 4 of test. Started adex yesterday because of feeling bloated bad last few days, and shins. Any input is appreciated!

I developed shin splints once so bad in college I could barely run. I went to treatment and our trainers had me stretch my calves on an incline board for 15 minutes everyday. I'm talking deep painful stretching. Then, I had to sit with my legs straight out and dorsi-flex my feet for sets of 50 to pump up my shins. About a week of treatment and shins were 100%.

Update: been intoducing adex for past few days and deff helps with shins and occasional bloat feeling. Just wondering if i should up dose more? Shins will stay good one day and bad the next. Currently taking it E3D. Is it normal to need more? Is it just part of test?

Man, it's probably the tbol giving you the trouble. You could stick it out if this is your last week for it and see if things get better. I would bet your estrogen is okay....

Yeah i will stick it out im running 6 weeks of it. I have a good pain tolerance its just annoying to have them in pain most the day haha.

If you have bad shin splints the worst thing you can do is just run through them. More than likely you are landing wrong on your foot by over pronating or over supinating.

Fix your gait and the shin splints will go away.

I dont believe it has anything to do with my run. I run a lot, and run a 5m mile. Its only recently when i started the tbol

Then you're probably right. My first cycle I was on just test e and dbol and my calves would fill with so much blood I could only run for 4 mins. Your anterior tibialius is probably just swelling from the blood flow.
 
Some updates on stats for everyone:
Current weight up from 197.5 -211.6lbs in morning
Strength is obviously up, but just some reference most larger lifts are up 35-50lbs.
Bench from 225x4 -275x4/5
Deads from 405x5 -425x10
Rows from 225x6 -265x6
Havent pushed much for squats as i pulled something in my hip a while back and sometimes its just touchy.
 
Update for any following. Tbol cycle has ended, and i miss it dearly haha. Strength is still good, just dont feel like an animal while lifting. Also not sure as to why but joints have gotten slightly more stiff and just tight through lifts? This week has been horrible for the cycle as my bro passed away, and its just been really hard so havent eaten or trained like i should. Weighing 210 in the am. All lifts are still way up, just been drained this week. Missed a pin monday and hit it tues. so with all things considered i say things are still solid. Looking at getting labs done this week or early next. Any info request or input is appreciated!

I also read back a few posts and saw where you mentioned you started an AI. Might keep this in mind when you have bloods pulled. Just hit me when you mentioned sore joints and less than stellar feeling in the gym. Could be overdoing it on AI. Just a thought...
 
To much ai and you will feel like a zombie. I use letrozol at 1.25mg eod. I am on 800mg test e and 100mg test suspension a week. I was at 2.5 mg eod and was in bed all the time.

When ever you have shin splints you need to stop running. I ran through it and ended up with torn muscles and stress fractures along the shin. You have no idea what shin splints can feel like. Two broken legs. Stretching and deep message. Then learn to run on your toes not heal strike. it could be the gear but now it’s a physiological problem not a gear issue.

Update: yeah i believe i may soace out the AI better. currently doing .5mg arimidex E3D, and feel tired. Its been a really long and stressfull 2 weeks so might just be burned out, but other than tiredness and shin splits, ive been good. Letting the shins relax till this tbol is out of the system. Apetite is up and mood is still good. Still more relaxed and care free about stuff, which i love. Currently weighing 213.4 in the AM. I get decent bloat through the day, but nothing terrible. Sorry kinda random, just tryna think of all the stuff i wondered about before cycle so others can learn.
 
So random update. The shin issue is still on but it doesnt seem to really feel like splints from all ive ever felt. Seems like swelling or just almost nerve pain like in both lower outside shins. Stress releives if legs are elevated, but still is tender. Gonna probs go see a doc about it
