For those of you who would like to follow along, I will be posting a very detailed log of my first cycle which starts Monday. I am running Pharmacom TestE 500 for 12 weeks. I hope this log will help me as I learn how I react to Exogenous Hormones and begin this journey I have been looking forward to for a while now. Even more importantly, I hope to get guidance and advice through veterans' experience and expertise as well give a guide to other people looking for a place to start.

My beginning stats are as follows:
Age: 25
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 184 lbs
BF%: approx. 10%
Workout Experience: 13 years total, 8 years on/off programmed training
Bench Max: 195 lbs
Squat Max: 280 lbs
Deadlift Max: 275 lbs

Medication:
Weeks 1-12: Test E - 250mg 2xWK (Monday night & Friday morning)
Weeks 3-14: Exemestane - 12.5mg 2xWK (Wednesday night & Saturday morning)
Weeks 6-14: hCG - 250iu 2xWK (Wednesday night & Saturday morning)

PCT (2 weeks after):
Clomid: 50/50/25/25
Nolva: 40/40/20/20

Diet:
3,650 calories
Protein - 40% (371g)
Carbs - 35% (323g)
Fats - 25% (104g)

Meal 1:
3 Eggs
4 slices Turkey Bacon
2 slices Ezekiel Bread
1 tbsp Almond Butter

Meal 2 (post-workout):
2 scoops Protein (50 Casein, 40% Whey, 10% Egg)
1 scoop Dextrose
1 Dymatize Elite Protein Bar

Meal 3:
10 oz Salmon
1.5 cups Sweet Potatoes
1.5 cups Broccoli & Cauliflower
1 oz Unsalted Mixed Nuts

Meal 4:
2 scoops Protein
0.5 cup Pineapple

Meal 5:
12 oz Chicken Breast
2 cups Long-Grain Brown Rice
3 cups Salad
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Meal 6:
2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Mixed Berries
1 oz Unsalted Mixed Nuts

Training:
Layne Norton's PH3 (active M/T/W/F/Sa, rest Th/Su)
Modern Physique Abs (Mondays)
HIIT Cardio (10 min T/F)
SS Cardio (10 min W/Sa)
Yoga (Sundays)

I am attaching my before pictures and bloodwork. I will update every pin day as well as anytime important changes or realizations come about. I will also update with pictures every 2 weeks as well as my mid-cycle bloods and post-bloods. I would really appreciate any feedback and advice. I would also love any of you to follow along and join in this new journey with me. I'm very excited.

I appreciate it man. I'm sure there will be good advice from these other guys. There normally is. I will be sure to do my best to give all the important details I can think of to help the best I can.
 
@Dr JIM @Michael Scally MD @Docd187123 How do these pre-bloods look? Is there anything I need to be aware of or keep an eye on as this first cycle commences? As stated above, this is my first cycle as well as my first bloodwork so I'm new at reading these results. I appreciate any feedback y'all might have as I have learned a lot from y'all already.

Anyone else that may have feedback on the labs, all are welcome! Thanks.
 
Your liver values are slightly high (ast) and the creatinine, bun, and potassium are kidney related but dont seem to be too high creatinine will be high for most lifters. You have a great baseline testosterone that wont be the case after a few cycles.
 
And iv always used pharmacom test [emoji1360]some will say its impossible to make a 500mg/ml testosterone (rich piana), i dont know much about that but maybe next time just get two vials of 250.

Ya I got the 500 thinking it would be convenient to pin .5 ml but I'm gonna try the 100 or 250 next cycle. I was worried about the liver values, I've beat my liver and kidneys up pretty bad in my past but I don't drink or anything else anymore so I think they'll keep regenerating as long as I take care of them and keep an eye on them. They're no over-the-top high from what I've researched and I'll be getting pre, mid, and post labwork every cycle I run. I was pretty surprised about my baseline test level. Also excited though. I'm definitely doing what I can to make the most out of this first cycle.
 
Sounds good man, yea i dont think the numbers are too high but to be safe you could take some liver support and/or other on cycle support. Good luck
 
First cycle, running the t500... just be ready to limp around for 12 weeks...

Haha so I've heard. My idea was it would cause less PIP to pin less liquid, not knowing the high concentration would cause more. Then it was too late by the time I read an article on that. Is it more viscous and need warming? Or is it just the concentration that causes the PIP?
 
I made that mistake my first cycle time as well back when TE500 was a little cheaper than 300. Figured it would be less pain and cheaper so double win. That PiP isn't a joke the pain is real lmao. I'll stick to 250-300 vials for now on.

I would try to avoid delt shots if you can that knot in the shoulder sucks, stick to glutes as much as you can. Shooting a little off to the side of the glutes will help you survive the ass pain a little better from my experience.

Haha alright, I appreciate it. I figure if I can keep steady and not tear the tissue too much, I won't know what the hell PIP even is in the future. I was planning on using quads. Should that be the 2nd or 3rd option behind delts?
 
Day 1:

Just pinned my first 250mg in my right glute. Didn't feel the poke or the injection....at all. All went well. We will see the next couple days how the PIP is.

This morning I performed Squat 2x9x205, Bench 2x9x145, and Deadlift 2x7x200 today. I'm in Phase 1 or the "accumulation phase" of PH3 so the volume starts lighter and increases as the program builds on itself. I felt a slight pull or tweak somewhere from my outer-right pec under my armpit to my right shoulder blade while deadlifting. I think it's somewhere along my lats but hopefully it'll go away with some light hypertrophy training tomorrow.

I also did the abs routine from Week 1 of Modern Physique. I'll be following along the ab routine of each week every Monday as well.

My calorie intake has increased by 1,000 calories starting today. Needless to say I was on the shitter twice as much today!

I'm taking the Pre-Workout with Creatine by Jim Stoppani these first 2 weeks while the Test starts to work. I'm also taking caffeine in the morning and in the middle of the day as my job is very active labor and I always need a little boost. I'm taking a multi, liver/kidney support, digestive enzymes, joint support, and cardiovascular support all in the Myovite packs. Then BCAAs twice a day and Fish Oil and Glutamine three times a day.

Not everyone gets the pip from EO or high mg gear so you might be ok. I wish I reacted well to it but I still have to mix something with it. Going to try to follow your log

Does PIP normally come on instantly or does it take some hours? There wasn't even any pain injecting which surprised the hell outta me. I've had practice with pinning in my past so I'm sure the steady hand helps as well.

I'll be keeping my log updated throughout for pin days and other important changes so stay tuned!

For me, I only have immediate PIP from short esters or brews using too much solvent. Sometimes the stronger concentrations have the latter problem.

Otherwise it is fairly common for the limp effect to come a day or two post-inject as a depot forms in the tissue.

Ok, well so far so good. I'll update if that changes for sure. My main concern right now is the pain in my pec/lat. on day one of my cycle lol. Hopefully it will subside.

You should know in 12-36 hours if you will get pip from the test 500

Pip normally takes about 2 days to kick in for me on TE. Don't freak out if you get a huge knot it isn't an infection.

Also nice job so far keeping a detailed journal, I have always been to lazy for journals on the boards. Heck I've been to lazy to post for months had to deal with some drama. Seems like everybody I knew on here is gone =(.
