Day 90:

The results are in!
Here are my new 1RMs with progress:

Squat: from 280 lbs (start) to 325 lbs (current)
Bench: from 195 lbs (start) to 245 lbs (current)
Deadlift: from 275 lbs (start) to 375 lbs (current)

Weighing in at ~201 lbs.

Those ended up at decent numbers for your weight....

Ya man, I was pretty proud. But my body is still trying to recover. It’s not muscle pain, but more in my tendons and joints. I guess it’s my body adjusting to the heavy intensity and frequency of strength training as well as the tissue catching up with the expedited muscle hypertrophy. I’ve deloaded to put some focus on mobility. This way I can be ready for my next blast at the beginning of next year.

I’ve always done high-bar, but just learned about the low-bar position and it’s efficiency with longer legs. So I start adjusting to the low-bar squat during this past strength training I just did.
 
Day 103:

So I’m currently 2.5 weeks into my PCT regiment and day 4 on medication. 50mg Clomid and 40mg Nolva this first week. I didn’t notice much besides decreased bloat through the first 1.5-2 weeks. Now my energy level and strength isn’t quite what it was, but it’s definitely not a big enough change to make life hard. Life is still good and I’m pretty happy with the progress I made. My body is still recovering from the heavy loads and high frequency and my joints and tendons hurt. I’ve deloaded and put more focus on mobility training because the pain has kept me from doing some things.

I’ve slowly decreased calories the past 2 weeks and I’m eating ~3,200-3,400 per day now. I will be starting a keto diet with an ECAY stack in 1.5 weeks. I will continue that for ~8 weeks, or until I can cut to 10%bf, so I can be ready for my NPP, TPP, Dbol blast at the beginning of the year.

Still sitting around 200lbs at the moment. Will update as things change throughout this PCT.

Well I really appreciate that. You do these and wonder if anything you’re saying is of any use lol. I appreciate you contributing and guiding me along the way. It helped me learn a lot and I hope it helps others too.
 
Day 117:

4.5 weeks since last pin. 2.5 weeks into PCT meds, 1.5 left. Currently taking 25mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva.

I started a Keto diet 3 days ago. Eating around 2,700 calories at approx. 205gF/165gP/25gC(net). Fasting from 8pm-8am. Fasted cardio a couple times a week. Supplementing with Mio w/ Electrolytes and eating Chicken Broth, an Avocado, and leafy veggies daily.

Also started my ECAY stack 3 days ago. 15mg Yohimbine HCl with 200mg Caffeine in the morning, fasted. 25mg Ephedrine HCl, 200mg Caffeine, and 81mg Aspirin after lunch and dinner.

I have great energy and attitude is great most of the time. Shits are the consistency of ground sirloin without any carbs to fill in the gaps. I think the progress photo will tell the tale.

I would kill to put you on a PL bulk program with forced PB&J/GOMAD for around 8-12 weeks. Then have you cut and go back to BB/PHYS programming.

Sadly, the State seems to frown on forced human experimentation.
 
Ya man. Now that I’m seeing how quickly the bloat and fat comes off of me, I know to go balls out with my next bulk.

I’ll probably keep protein and fat where it was and crank the complex carbs up. I was only around 35% carbs last bulk.

For heavy training the GOMAD and something akin to PB&J sandwiches provide a a no-brain needed bulking solution (generally in a short time period, not as a long term diet plan).

Most folks enjoy the flavor and when eaten together the combo seems to easily overcome satiation hurdles experienced by people trying to choke back similar macros using protein shakes, chicken breasts, etc....

Wouldn't ever recommend that for fat dudes like me, but for dudes with your build and room for growth... short runs on the right programming with that diet can simply be shocking even totally natty.

Using it on 135lbs high school dudes (who actually follow through) will 100% result in accusations of steroid use.

You have never seen a smile so wide as the kid who weighed 135 last year who now is bumping close to 185 being accused of being a roid user without ever taking a single drug.

Okay so it’s actual Pb&J we’re talking about here. I’ve eaten one every once in a while on some diets but I’ve never made it a staple to my diet. I can dig it.

I was always fat when I was younger. Seemed like I had the metabolism of a sloth. Now it’s pretty easy to shed weight, but gaining is the hard part with these lanky-ass limbs.
 
Day 128:

First day off PCT meds and 3rd week on my ECAY stack. I’m doing 3 on, 2 off, 3 on. I’m back down to ~187lbs. Getting pretty slim and can see where I gained size. Not much, but you live and learn.

I feel focusing on strength training as opposed to hypertrophy has to do with little size difference. I’m still holding strength well which says something.

My libido and energy level is higher than expected and I don’t feel like dealing with others’ bullshit. My wife hates it.

Day 142:

2nd week off ECAY. 5th week on Keto.

I went from ~204lbs down to ~184-185lbs. Now I’m back up to ~189-190lbs. Kinda cool since I’m gaining weight while trying to cut and it looks to me as though I’m trimming down and maintaining muscle mass as well as experiencing increased vascularity.

After this week I will be doing another 3 weeks of ECAY and adding more fasted cardio in the morning. Just getting as much off as possible so I can bulk the fuck up at the new year.

I really liked the kick the ECAY gave me. It took a few days to get my natural energy back when I came off. I feel great this week. Energy, libido, mood. Life is good.

I just wanted to wrap this log up with my post-bloods and an update.

The bloods were drawn 12 weeks post-pin and 6 weeks post PCT-meds.

I’m very impressed with the hormone levels. Seems that I recovered well even though I didn’t realize this test didn’t check LH and FSH (baseline bloods posted at the beginning of log).

My CBC is a little out of whack. I think it’s probably an iron deficiency based on the keto diet I was on.

My cholesterol and LDL kind of scare me and I chalk that up to the high fat diet and ECAY as well as the Accutane I started 2 months ago. I’m drinking 4+ liters of water daily but I will try to drink 6+. I’m done with ECAY and started reverse dieting this week. I also ordered some TUDCA and will now probably look for another liver/kidney support to help flush my system.

I did lean out pretty well on my diet but I’m not impressed with keto’s impact on my body. I feel I could have cut just as well, if not better, on a regular low-carb diet without having to torture myself. I also think my lab results have a lot to do with my diet (my bloods were pretty much perfect prior to cutting).

I’m weighing in at ~186lbs and I’d say I’m around 12% bf.
