For heavy training the GOMAD and something akin to PB&J sandwiches provide a a no-brain needed bulking solution (generally in a short time period, not as a long term diet plan).
Most folks enjoy the flavor and when eaten together the combo seems to easily overcome satiation hurdles experienced by people trying to choke back similar macros using protein shakes, chicken breasts, etc....
Wouldn't ever recommend that for fat dudes like me, but for dudes with your build and room for growth... short runs on the right programming with that diet can simply be shocking even totally natty.
Using it on 135lbs high school dudes (who actually follow through) will 100% result in accusations of steroid use.
You have never seen a smile so wide as the kid who weighed 135 last year who now is bumping close to 185 being accused of being a roid user without ever taking a single drug.
