Ya, I'm not sure how or what I would do for the cleanse but I've read it can help with the metabolic shift to ketosis.

I'm also thinking about trying ECAY 3 weeks on, 3 off, then 3 more on when I start keto.

Curious to know if you sourced accutane yet. Like the cheap research chems from research stop but they appear to have closed. Considering usa peptide

A week ago I was around 198 lbs. I'll know tomorrow where I'm at right now. I only weigh once a week normally. It's just a number to me.

I had some difficulties with USA Peptide and read about some other people having issues. I have no idea about the quality of their products, only their service. They may be fine, that's just my very limited experience.

I order Pharma from an EU source on Meso. That should be enough info for you to find them in Underground lol. Give yourself enough time for shipping and you will get what you paid for.

I've found that to be true about anything of good quality. Just don't get yourself hurt physically because you wanted to rush and save a buck. I work hard and make money however I can (legally) to support this lifestyle while supporting my family. But I love it. It's what makes me happy and enjoy my life and gives me something to achieve. So it's worth it to me.
 
Day 54:

16th pin, left glute.

My weight is at 199 lbs.

My max progression on the big 3:
Squat: from 280 lbs to 300 lbs
Bench: from 195 lbs to 205 lbs
Deadlift: from 275 lbs to 295 lbs

These are estimations based on rep max tests. I think I may be able to go higher on some, which I will be testing true 1RM in a month.

The more frequent AI dosage seems to be helping a lot with bloat. Attached are fasted progress photos from this morning. End of week 8.

I ask, and not trying to be a dick here, because frankly your 1RM on those lifts (your DL is closer to the desired line than the others) should be much higher at your BW even without drugs.

What rep and weight schema are you using?
 
Ok, went back and looked (duh) and it has been 8 weeks with 14 lbs of BW increase (good!).

You should be pushing your weight progression about twice as fast as you have been if not still in the LP range of 5 lbs every workday.

You should be pushing your weight progression about twice as fast as you have been if not still in the LP range of 5 lbs every workday.


Ya, 8 weeks. If I'm being completely honest, I wasn't at my natural plateau before going on-cycle. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it. Now, a huge thing is that I'm following this PH3 program by Layne Norton to a "t". It already has the weight to be lifted calculated it. So my progression is based on the program's automatic calculations. This is the first time I've done it this way and didn't really know what to expect. This last 4 week phase is supposed to be pretty intense. I'll be working 4-8 reps with 82-88% (I think) of my 1RM this month so I hope to see another 10 lbs or so added to my maxes at the end.

I've always been weaker compared to others and haven't had much experience in true strength training. Therefore, don't think you're coming off as a dick because this is all a learning experience for me.

Sir, I would respectfully suggest you find a new strength program, because that one sucks or is intended for someone at the intermediate or advanced lifting stages.

I would head over to Starting Strength or Wendler, or PTW (for a review of *many* programs). A linear progression and some decent coaching would really help you here (in terms of strength).

I make no representations about hypertrophic training.

Ok, I'll check them out. I guess I've been more conservative as I'm not aware of the changes brought about by AAS and even strength training in general.

I'll finish this program out these last 4 weeks with my last 4 weeks off Test, but I'm going to check out some other avenues for programming post-cycle and for my future cycles. I'm thinking about TPP, NPP, and dbol so it'd be a good time to try out a different strength program once I start that.

I would try it during your off cycle time to be honest.

You are well withing the envelope for large gains with natural levels and it will set up your next cycle down the road for bigger gains.

Would you say strength has a big impact on physique? Strength is nice and I'm enjoying some of the other benefits from it, but my main goal is to gain the most muscle mass and keep the best looking physique while still being at my best athletically (mobility, speed, agility, power). Think sponsored, competitive softball outfielder.

Its just the beginning of this journey for me and there's so many different directions I could go. I want that physique you see from IFBB physique competitors while improving my athletic ability. As you said, I probably need a personal coach but it's more money than I make at this point in my life so I research multiple hours a day to try and coach myself through others' experience and factual knowledge.

I'm not sure where this path could take me or how much I can achieve so I just keep adjusting the best I can as I change and progress.

Who knows where I may end up! I read up on both ends to learn what I can and figure out what to do next.

Pinned left quad. I skipped an entry for Monday when I pinned the right delt. I just don't feel anything I have to share is very interesting at this point.

Gaining mass as expected but haven't wanted to get inside my lady for a couple weeks. Not sure what that's about. People are noticing my gains and asking questions so I guess I'm doing something right. Just trying to progress even more while keeping fat to a minimum these last few weeks.

2 months in on a test cycle and your libido was higher, and now has tapered off? Only means one thing to me. I experienced same thing when i took pharmacon too.

It could have to do with a few factors:

1. I'm going through some serious issues with my wife so the attraction ain't all there right now and stress is high
2. I've never had an over-active libido
3. Inconsistent vials

All or none of these could be factual, I'm only stating the first possibilities that come to mind. If you feel it could be something different, please do let me know.

I'm probably wrong but because you keep upping your aromasin to fight off the blotting you may have over done it and now your low e2 is causing a lack of libido
