What do you do during and off period? When my coach put me a rest week i still do Z2 rides because After 2 hours playng video games i really dont know what to do
For me: I do one different activity per day
Days 1-3 off period I went skiing snowmobiling and snowboarding
Days 4-6 sea bobbing paddle boarding and in a 15 mins snorkeling lol
Do different stuff Good for your brain and body.
Make a list of stuff you don’t do often and do those things over your break. Definitely don’t ride while taking a break. Thats counterproductive

Probably going to ski and build MTB trails (its like irl Minecraft lol)

Still way too long. IMHO they could’ve reduced 30 mins from each film. Dune 3 due 2 years from now. Lol.
There’s also a dune show on hbo/max that starts 10,000 years before the film. Lol. Not sure I’ll watch that but maybe.

@Benf15harp u have a sleep routine (like Blue light blocker glasses and and exact time of the day to go to sleep/ wake up) if Yes how do you deal with jet lag when you travel?
 
Gotta learn to rest. No drugs, peds, supplements, therapies will ever come close to the benefits of an off period.
That makes sense, but man, trying to get my brain to believe that at 2pm in the afternoon when I've already done my pinning and daily workouts..... my brain is like "you should be stuffing your face or finding vendors, or stabbing yourself again, or doing 1 more set..."

Other than that when training Is all what u do and you Lost Friends because of It idk what to do lol
 
Definitely but depends on the output as well.

How much are you sleeping on average?
Most of the time 8/9 hours during school time but sometimes i have test to study and i have to be a less strict about sleep but i usually recovery the next day, but sometimes happen to sleep less even if i dont have to study and i still feel good
But tbh i dont do much 10 hours training days lol
