Thanks im going to be a bit more strict about rest days eccFor me: I do one different activity per day
Days 1-3 off period I went skiing snowmobiling and snowboarding
Days 4-6 sea bobbing paddle boarding and in a 15 mins snorkeling lol
Do different stuff Good for your brain and body.
Make a list of stuff you don’t do often and do those things over your break. Definitely don’t ride while taking a break. Thats counterproductive
