Just wondering hows the success getting products into Canada / if products were to get seized at Canadian borders, is there any reship policy or discounts available?

It's a little late but I'll add review for last order... Everything came in as ordered including free Nolva gift. T/A wasn't bad... It was international so it is what it is. The post office had my pack the day after I placed the order so pH did their part.
Packaging was good. Something I hadn't mentioned before is they take the time to open the packages and wrap everything with light bubble wrap and then put back in boxes. It's not necessary to do but it's a nice extra effort that didn't go unnoticed for me.
Will order again.

How was the stealth of packaging? /10

It's discreet but I'd hesitate to call it stealthy... It's just a packaged box with a Turkish return address.
Hi sir, our rate is very good. If I had to put a percentage on it I would say mid 90 percents. One thing to note is clearance from Turkey is slightly better than from India so it is a slightly safer bet.
Our specific policy was only fully reship to USA and UK, and none to Can. However the couple seizures we did have we helped out the customer with partial reships as we did not feel right offering no restitution. On paper is one thing but to turn a customer away and say "sorry friend it is our policy we do not offer reship to your country" just did not sit well with us and we did help the customer.
From now on we decided to offer 50% reship of total order including price of shipping, with proof of seizure. This would mean customer would pay 50% and we would reship items. We think this is a fair compromise and shares the risk associated. Again we would be open to opinion on this too.
One thing to note as I am not sure if you are USA or Can but we do break down items a bit more for Can in order to help with clearance.
But it is a fine line for us as we do sell pharmacy items and people do like to get items in or including original packaging. So we can not stealth to say the degree of UGL or Raw supplier, or we feel customers may question authenticity.
We do take customer feedback seriously and if additional stealth is preferred at the cost of somewhat reduced verification for items origin, we can discuss this further. We want the customer to be happy with their purchase and have no question as to it's authenticity. But on the other hand, not getting the item at all due to customs is also a bad situation. I can see the pros and cons of both.

I'm in US in a very easy to receive area so my packs have never been broken down much but I am happy with it that way. Products still being in original packaging, blister tabs, pill bottles etc. are one reason I am a repeat customer. I hate having to put stuff in baggies. But, I understand why you'd have to do that for some areas - good to know.

My first order was serostim 126IU. I only ordered one kit because I was new to the process and was uneasy about sending that much $ after the horror stories I have read. PHD helped me thru the process and answered all of my many questions. The level of customer service was great. I received the order two days after sending the $. Also, the stuff checked out when I used the phone app to check the Serono uses so people can verify their stuff is legitimate.
After everything checked out I ordered a few more kits, and the experience was the same - it was excellent.
Some will disregard my review since I am new, but I decided to share it anyways. I didn't see anyone post on this thread about sero's so I thought some might find this helpful.
Alright I better go post an intro since I'm doing things backwards and I'm sure it'l ruffle feathers.
