I see what you are referring to. This guy emailed at 10pm at our time when we are closed. I responded first chance I got. I have learned in this business you get some people who you can not satisfy. If they don't get a reply instantly, they think you are scamming them. I promptly refunded his money the second I saw his email upon entering the office. I know when it is best to just cut our losses and refund the customer, because it will be one problem after the next.Any comment on why members on SST are receiving no response on their orders? @PHDirect

And to make a point. The problem was noting to do with us. His btc transaction took too long to confirm and the cart "times out" and the order effectively gets canceled as the system can't hold the order open forever. When this happens a normal customer will say "hey guys I sent btc but after the time limit" and we will manually push it through. No problem. It isn't normal practice for customer to email us irate that this happened, when it has nothing to do with us.
Trust me when I tell you we never leave anyone hanging in any way. We take pride in our customer service.
