I recently placed an order with them through their Turkish store. I fucked up and made a mistake with payment in terms of currency via Western Union. WU automatically changes USD to the currency of the country you are sending to (for Turkey its lira). Well, it was supposed to be sent USD to USD. This resulted in them not receiving full payment (from what I've calculated it came up about $13-$14 short thanks to exchange rate on a $300+ order). I apologized and explained in an email to them that I am willing to pay much more than that to get my pack moving, as I understand it sucks for business to deal with errors, not to mention the cost of a further currency exchange back to USD. I'm waiting to hear back. From their communication so far it's seeming a little sketchy...Let me stress I am not accusing them of anything at this point, and am still hopeful I'll hear good things back from them and get things sorted, but they claim in their message that they “nearly lost 50%" by almost missing this and sending out the package. What? I find it hard to believe that two stages of currency exchange could result in FIFTY PERCENT of a money transfer getting eaten up.

Pretty fucking pissed at myself for this one. Although this is totally my mistake, something like this would be a poor excuse to ask for 50% MORE or worse - to keep my money and send me nothing. Like I said I am not accusing them of anything at this point at all. I’m just uneasy currently. There was not any mention of any portion of my pack getting sent. Just a message saying I sent in the wrong currency, they only got half and that they almost lost 50%. No instructions how to proceed or anything. That was it. Hmmm...I’ll update when I hear back, I’m still hopeful as they seem to have a good rep not to mention a great selection of products. Bottom line: Don’t fuck up like I did. Screenshot & read their payment instructions extremely carefully after you make an order, because they will not send an email after you order at all. I didn’t get one anyway. Mostly, just don’t fuck up like I did. Make sure you send in USD, don’t let the WU automatically do its transfer thing for the country you are sending to! Please work with me here @PHDirect ! Would like to be a repeat customer!!!

Just want to reiterate that I'm just worried here. Totally my mistake... I'm sure @PHDirect will come through. After all the research, I can't believe I fucked up on something like the damn payment lol.

Hi friend, I think you are panicked for no reason. Your order will be shipped in full as planned.(We didn't say otherwise, or you owed us any monies)

We just wanted to make you aware of the seriousness of making a mistake like that on your end. It is not straight exchange rate and more fees are imposed by WU. There is also more to it than that, but this is not really the place to explain such details.

When this happens it is a big loss for us. Mistakes like this can make further issues for example only so many loses we can accept before we have to remove WU option, and go to bitcoin only. Which would limit some customers from being able to use our service. Or it may limit the amount of promos we can offer. We just ask the customer be aware of what they are doing and the serious nature of all of this.

But in the end, it is something we will have to take on our own hands.

Great to hear. Seems I just misread the situation and overreacted. Lol not my typical style, but hey Ill man up and admit it. Thanks for being so cool about my mistake, won't happen again. Sorry for the wall of a post. I'll update on here when I receive pack so everybody knows your g2g. Peace brother.
 
also, I'm not sure if this has been answered. do you have to meet a minimum for all stores? for e.g. if I want products from Turkey store, and meet the bitcoin minimum, but want a couple things from Indian store?
 
I believe once the minimum is hit you would just have to pay the extra shipping if you wanted to use another store. I'll be doing another order shortly and am going to have to use both so I'm curious as well.

yea I figured. but them Indian drugs are so cheap I wanted to sample a couple items, but I don't think I wanna pay another $25 shipping. not for for the 1 or 2 things I'd want
