I get those all the time, and usually have to pick it up at post office.
Both times I got packs from @PHDirect I got the card and had to get it from post office. I doubt it could've been a controlled delivery, since he doesn't sell any scheduled substances. But a pushy mail mam, thats a little weird. Normally they wouldn't have a problem just taking the pack back.

That doesn't mean controlled delivery... I've had to sign for every international order I've gotten from them.
T4 isn't even controlled is it?

The only thing @PHDirect sells that's controlled is modafinil I believe.

If he doesn't usually bother with shit, but gets pushy this time, I'd be assuming the same thing. I'm not sure about the status of T3 but the only thing it means is the FDA would be in on it instead of DEA.
hi friends, unless your mailman signs the package for you, all of our international shipments require signature. the only way to send packages from turkey and india to USA with tracking is with signature. we do not send any packages without tracking because this has caused too many issues in the past. all our international packages have tracking and because of that they require signature.
80-90% of our medicines are completely non-controlled, and the rest being mostly schedule 3-4 (low schedule). we do not send high schedule medicines - high risk for us and high risk for customers. also in our many years of business we never have a controlled delivery, only get seizure letter if package is large
for most domestic packages you do not need to sign. it is also possible that your mailman was signing some packages for you, but that is high risk for mailman if he sign a piece of mail, you do not receive it and then you say you never signed for it. definitely not a controlled delivery my friend, very standard and expected to sign for our packages. many times people ask in this thread and discussed

Hmmm 5-6 orders from you at 3 different addresses never signed
5 other international orders from different sources at those addresses and still never had to sign

hi friend, if those addresses are PO boxes or apartments, sometimes the apartment will sign for you. but usually you will have to sign,for international we ship 2 ways: EMS or Registered Airmail. you can ask the USA post office about this too: EMS = international express package. international express always need signature. registered airmail from turkey = registered mail always need signature. we have shipped hundreds of packages my friend, we have a lot of experience in this our packages always need signature. that is one reason we do not ship high risk items.
long time we ago, we had option to ship unregistered airmail, which has no tracking and no signature. but it takes longer time and customers complain about not receiving their product and then they have no way to prove it and we have to no way to prove it was delivered. this was very big headache, not worth it to us. instead we only do packages with tracking now so we can prove delivery.
all our international packages you should expect to sign. we have hundreds of delivered orders no problem to USA, if you are not comfortable with that then please don't order from us, but we guarantee safety of our customers. many times people will ask us about steroids or other high control substances, we always say no because too high risk

International mail usually has to be sent as "registered mail," which is why you have to sign. Talked to guy at post office about it he other day while holding a pack in my hand after signing for it lol
from my understanding, the postman does not necessarily follow the instructions on the package. That is if it is USPS or Canada post.
Also, if you are worried about if it is controlled or not, you can always use your non dominant hand to scribble something that looks like a signature. You can always deny you signed for it.
