Give it some time. I’ve gotten an order from them almost every week for months now. They never fail me. Sometimes it takes like 72 hours for response especially if order placed over a weekend.

Ok cool just checking. Ya I’ve ordered from them several times with no issues and typically get my tracking number the day after they receive my payment but that was last Tuesday so i didn’t know if they were on holiday or something. Thanks!

Anyone have any comparable insight between something like the Saizen and other "pharma" GH coming from a source like this VS. the black and grey tops going around?

The generics r about half the price of pharm grade n from recent testing the generics quality keeps improving. Might not have the exact same quality as pharm grade but are getting pretty close. Some people say that they experience more bloating from the generics. I just started running some of the pharm grade products I've gotten from them so we'll see how they test out n compare to the blacks n greys.

I’m a big fan of generics if you find a good one. The grey tops and the meditrope black tops are the best I’ve had and I’ve tried genotropin. That being said i pin a vial at a time 3x’s a week.

Had a similar issue with them. Took longer to respond then used to. They eventually took care of it, but I panicked.

Just a heads up...I would wait on ordering anything from this guy. I just spent $200 and he sent me only 25% of what I ordered, and hasn't responded to my emails.

Placed an order with them last month. Had to email them a week later for order confirmation which was fine, I'm wasn't expecting this to be Amazon. However, they won't reply to my last email. Haven't given me a tracking or any form of order update. Started spamming the email.


Thankfully, this was just a (small) test order and that I didn't place my real order. Hopefully, this is just me and not everyone else and that PH Direct isn't in trouble.

No, not yet. I've sent two emails.

I have used them many times... Was very happy with them. For fuck sake, they wrapped every individual blister pack of pills with little strips of bubble wrap... Never had another source do that, was very impressed.

With that said, communication is important. I was on the fence about ordering because I've seen a few red flags but went ahead and made the order due to positive experience in the past.
