This certainly appears that you are only interested in taking our money and much less concerned about us in general as customers. I used to be a customer but certainly am not any longer. Especially since you return only to announce that your checkout is fixed and to send you more cash.

I don’t trust you any longer. What will you do to regain our trust? (if that is even possible at this point.)

What will you do to ensure better communications?

hi friend, all orders in shipping department were already shipped 1-2 weeks ago. orders in processing now will be sent to the shipping department in 24-48 hours.

sometimes issues come up that we can't predict. but we are planning to hire an assistant to help with emails and a website developer to help us sort out website issues faster

we are long time in business and never scammed, we are always honest business

I believe everyone will get their orders. International shipping takes a while and without communication it was hard to know if stuff was on its way or not. When you guys get your tracking number you’ll see that it shipped quickly as usual. My pack will be in tomorrow
 
They've had no issues getting me my orders as usual. If they say an issue arose that limited their communication, i have enough trust in these particular guys to believe it. They've never been in the business of scamming.

I don't believe you had any intention of scamming... I never thought that honestly. I do believe this was all based in carelessness.

hi friend, yes i do not check the online forums as much, usually a customer will email me to check on such and such forum and i will do so. our primary business is our retail pharmacy here in turkey. i am going to hire an assistant to help with our online business so we can be better :)

I'm very disappointed to be honest. You're very nonchalant about this and I don't feel it's acceptable.

You need to regain your presence here and get things back together. If you want to have your online business, make money and keep customers then you DO need to have a presence online. These excuses aren't adding up.

With that said, I do appreciate that you are on the right track to making things right... I'll wait for your words to become actions.
 
Received an email yesterday with tracking. Originally placed my order late October. Tracking says it was out on nov. 1. Which is nice, especially since they went silent from Halloween til now.


Anyone know if the tracking actually updates. It's been 20+ days without stating anything besides it's acceptance in Turkey.

Sometimes they don't update regularly n it won't update until it reaches the destination country or even worse sometimes will be delivered before it updates. Usually takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive so should hopefully be there soon.
 
What does the packaging look like.. I'm under the assumption that it says it's pharmaceutical items.

Just curious because if my tracking isn't going to give me any updates, I can't ensure that I'm the one who signs for it. Pretty sure the gf is going to raise an eyebrow if she intercepts a package that has a pharmaceutical declaration on it.
