A simple email to all im taking a week off or whatever, goes a super long way.
Also many Chinese labs for me personally I get my products
China to Canada in 9 days total from order day.
Certainly easy to know your not Amazon and that shouldn't be expected.
However with that said the customer is always right

Before you making the assumption ask the customer how many time he have seized order and it was reshipped for free sometime more than 1 x.A simple email to all im taking a week off or whatever, goes a super long way.
