Can you please stop spamming this google auto translate trash here, you post way too much which makes it harder to search the threads for important information like prices, discounts etc.

Pandemic bullshit has everything and everyone behind, it sucks for sure. 45 days is reasonable for reship. Some international guys are saying 60plus days.. and for some that’s been the case. But then I’ll hear other guys getting packs in 10. It’s just crazy

10 days EU to USA ? Do not believe. Impossible.

FOR SURE its delay at USA side. 100% orders are send to USA after 3 days from posting in EU. 100% of all.

My package arrived in 20 days EU to EU during the covid 19, and everything was correct in the tracking number, there were 15 days that it was not updated, but it arrived without problem

Parcels are being held up in your country not the US. There are multiple articles detailing this. I can't find an article stating the US has parcels and are not delivering them. @pharmasource

BTW, what's your reshipment policy?

is that your way to try an insulting me be talking about my sexuality by saying I don’t lift Women? What are you 15? Who calls someone out about lifting women. You know nothing about me other than my tattoos are faded which yea I’ve had them for 22 years and I enjoy being in the sun so I’m sure they are faded an old. So if that’s the best you can do is say I don’t lift women that’s not an insult since I’ve married a woman and got them pregnant but hey I guess I’m a homo right in your words? I’m so hurt.

also I don’t blame pharmasource for the delay I believe it’s the covid slowing everything down, BUT don’t post in the thread you will do reships after 45 day’s and then when someone ask for a reship say you won’t ship it. I believe shipping is slow everywhere but don’t promise a reship if you aren’t willing to do it or aleast don’t post it in the thread for all to see. Just my opinion

Normally we are re-sending goods if is not deloivered after 30 days. But this rule not working now, in this situation.

EmIS 290/2020: United States of America - Impact of COVID-19 on postal operations
April 10, 2020 at 10.58 (CET)

The designated United States operator, the USPS, would like to report on the impact of COVID-19 on operations
exchange offices and USPS networks involved in the transportation, processing and delivery of international mail.
While USPS networks have been affected by the preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19 that are currently in place
ordered by national, state or municipal authorities, exchange mails are received and processed in their entirety
mail which has been sent for delivery on the national network. The USPS therefore now wishes to inform its partners of
temporary changes:
1. The USPS can no longer comply with service delivery standards (ie timeliness of delivery, quality of follow-up services)
for terminal charges, etc. for all postal products) in accordance with the provisions of the UPU. As a result, the company
The USPS declares a situation of force majeure in relation to any such standards, including the relationship of service quality to
rewards.
Due to declining transport capacity and outstanding mail volumes at exchange post offices, there is no USPS
currently able to offer transit services.
The USPS has changed its traditional procedures for international mail requiring a signature. Instead of requiring a signature,
USPS staff were asked to keep a safe distance and asked the recipient for their first and last name. This information is entered (along with the details of the delivery agent) into the mobile delivery
equipment. The USPS therefore declares a situation of force majeure with respect to the UPU's provisions regarding the capture of a signature
on international postal items.
Designated operators who are able to transport shipments by air to one of the exchange offices in the USA
should continue sending mail.

What's your current reshipment policy? People on here believe that you will reship at 45 day like you stated.

P.S You stated that you will reship after 45 days I truly hope you will honor this I understand that this is a unique situation and I would gladly work with you on remedying this.

Yall bitching about a reship... you're going to still be waiting a long time even if he does... its not magically going to arrive faster doing that.

Ordering is a risk with any source and you should be better prepared. But, in this case, this isn't the sources fault that packs are being held. Order domestic next time. Stop bitching about something thats out of either parties control.
