Yes, it’s very sad when many spend their last money, and in return they have to wait 40 days, and it’s not yet a fact that they get their order ... stop writing off everything on covid 19, if you don’t have to take it anymore orders, atoms simply appreciate ..... enough to fool people

Is it too hard to say no reship is available during the pandemic? Just say it, it isn't your fault, but fuck, quit dancing around it.

This is about harm reduction. Many parcels from EU have been shipped by sea to US. We have no idea how long shipping will be. What we do know is if you are in EU, it will take weeks to receive your order. If you are in US, it will take months. Reshipment...I'm guessing he wants to evaluate when packs are moving at a faster pace. IDGAF about normal reship policy that doesn't apply during COVID19.

@pharmasource When you are sourcing on this board, you should inform the members and answer their questions. You are being deceptive and we want transparency. What is your reship policy during COVID19?

I think it would be hard for him to give a reship time now.. there are guys at over 8 weeks who haven't got their packs and guys who get theirs sooner.
Packs are not being seized. Why reship? Unless the barge or plane sunk or customs took your pack, i say wait it out and order from someone else if you need things now.

That's what i'm saying. It's not his fault that international mail is slow. Had he just said "you mofo's gotta wait it out" i'd respect that more than him talking in circles.

Many other sources here have had shipments take 6 - 7 weeks to land of you just have a look around.

Not sure why people even bothered ordering from overseas during this shit storm. Seems counterintuitive.

Well my order was almost before all the shut down shit happen. It goes back to March. I also agree it’s not his fault at all but like others have said don’t promise a reship then back out. Do I expect to see my goods anytime soon. Nooooo it is what it is but don’t tell people on the forum you will do reships. Mine has been over 45 days and I never even complained or emailed him. I just kept checking the tracking but when he sake he would reship I did email him but never before that did I ask him where’s my shit I was just going to wait it out
 
i got 2 packs from same order shipped with 3 days delay each others .
yesterday i got the parcell shipped 3 days later . parcell shipped before will be delivered monday ( i hope ).

What to say. Reship policy during world pandemic situation ? Looking like Iam only source here at Meso who have no backup plan for pandemic situations all around world. Or only packs from me are delayed ? Sorry guys, I dont think so.

I never wrote that delayed ( or lost ) packs they will not re-send, or money returned.
But where is the relevant info, when will be situation in normal way, or, where are all the delayed packs ? I spoke with european postal service , they dont know. USPS , they dont know.

So. Please all of you, who have waiting more like 50 days for your orders, send me e-mail, with list of goods, amount what you paid and all tracking numbers. YOUR MONEY WILL BE RETURNED ( Although this situation is not absolutely my fault ! ) I will keep tracking numbers and if packs will be delivered in future days, weeks, payment will be requested back.

You're setting yourself up to lose. I mean you lose either way. But this makes you lose money. If they don't pay up, blacklist.

All reshipments are loose of my money. I am ready for it, thats a biz. What Iam not ( or was not, till now ) is showing little respect to me like a reputable source. Some of multiple customers they disappoited me. But its life, one day you are the best, second day you are the worst.

Maybe a discount program for people experiencing delays... the longer the wait, the bigger the discount. Over 50 days gets 10%, 60 days 20% - on top of the 10% from bitcoin.

You did nothing wrong and you already have cheap prices and giving freebies. You can't win them all. You may lose sales, but you're going to lose money either way. GL, PS.

People will complain about you not being clear on reship. I'm not dick riding and I couldn't care less what people fucking think. I mean seriously, we're all experiencing delays. We all have money invested. But we need to stop pointing fingers and come to an understanding that this isn't either parties fault, but the fault of a faulty and unprepared system in place worldwide.

I just want people to get along and stop being so upset over things out of our control.

Like I said, some of guys they are acting like Iam source of delay, or all Covid virus.
I totally agree with their anger and disappointment, but I am more like 40 years old, and I dont remember any pandemic situation similar to Covid. We are ,,on the same boat,, now with loose.
So, nobody was prepared. Gows. failed, countries failed, WHO failed...bud David ust be prepared for everything :D

Like I said, money will be returned. But I will learn from this situation and I will change reship policy in future.

You did have a backup plan. You said you'd reship at 45 days. Here's what you said on May 14th:

In normal situation ,if pack is not delivered in 30 days, is resend. USA, EU too. 30 days.
We are not in normal situation, so, I really cant sayhow long is shipping time now,specially to USA.
If its 45 days, send me e-ail, your order will be ASAP reshipped.

You've had 15 days to say that a 45 day reship wouldn't work and you did not. COVID19 isn't your fault; dishonesty is your fault.
