The notion of holding any internet retailer dispatching internationally to their normal delivery terms and conditions is tbh laughable.

Have you tried to buy a dumbbell, kettlebell or plate recently??? Out of stock , 2 weeks to get dispatched, $200 minimum order value , can’t give any guarantee on delivers dates ... all of my experiences recently and that stuff is legal !

6 weeks and a day in on the first, 4 weeks 3 days in my second. I do need to order again here soon and I'm thinking of just going with ps again. ‍

I never requested him to uphold original terms. PS made those terms 2 weeks ago, May 14th. Look at his statement on page 1085. He wouldn't stand by it and he didn't want to disclose that to members that believed they would receive a reship at 45 days. He was declining reships on May 18. I requested it be disclosed to members. 12 days later, he states it.

I've been told for days on this thread that he reships at 45 days. Multiple members believed that BS. If you don't like your source being called out, you should try out BOP.

You obviously don't understand my point because you have put words in my mouth. I didn't expect original terms. It is reasonable to expect sources to disclose reship policies and not withhold that info from members for almost 2 weeks.

In normal situation ,if pack is not delivered in 30 days, is resend. USA, EU too. 30 days.
We are not in normal situation, so, I really cant sayhow long is shipping time now,specially to USA.
If its 45 days, send me e-ail, your order will be ASAP reshipped.

agree , better wait 2 more weeks and get ur parcel instead of wait 6 weeks for a new shipping ( even if u will probably get the double of what you ordered in this case lol )..... a special discount on your next order should be a good solution for PS , like someone already suggested

when they made a mistake with my order and forgot so send few items , they re-shiped it within 2 days with free samples inside and 0 talk

In this situation, when we dont know how many time will need re-shipped pack to hit receiver address, is money return better solution. I have no problem with re-ship too, both ways are loose of money only at my side.
I am ready to offer some discounts too, of course. So if somebody will need for example 30% money return and another discount for next order, have no problem with it.

And only reason I posted was because he posted about that other pack being updated in the USA. Mine hasn’t updated since then and just thought I’d point out my pack hasn’t updated if that’s what he was trying to say
