Actually Lato 111 pages here plus hundreds of pages of other source threads plus anaboliclabs testing thread. Spend some time, maybe start with the testing thread.

and that's absolutely the smarter way to go. Don't let the American instant gratification monster get you. I learned that from the ifit orals fiasco, put in a lot of research since then. Patience, training, diet, sleep, then getting good gear.
