One compound at time. And record yoir experiences with them. Keep a cycle log. Get your your blood work done. And take your time with everything. My too friends went crazy on juice. One guy was on a gram of test for a whole year then went down to 750mg for another year and did Tren for almost an entire year on top of that. No pct. Dont be like these assholes please.
