Any suggestions on how I should use the HCG pen. It only came with one extra needle so I should probably inject it into some bact. water right?

Though it would be nice to only have to use the pen.
But I doubt having 1 extra needle for it will be very sanitary lol

you can buy replacement needles at Walmart.
I bought them their for several different pens.
