I’m clean too probably too clean lol. I have pretty bad body issues so if I feel I’m getting fat in my eyes I chill out. I’m clean 90 percent the time. Maybe cheat on weekends
I’m pretty much on a prep diet all year just increase some food or cheat a little but on average my day is
8 egg whites,spinach turkey sausage omelet 1/3 cup cream rice with cinnamon and almond butter
4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats with cinnamon and almonds 1 scoop protein powder shake
7 oz chicken 1 cup rice geeen beans
7 oz steak 1 cup rice greens
1 scoop karbolyn intra workout
1 scoop whey post workout
7 oz chicken 1 cup a rice and green beans.
Before bed maybe some almonds and and shake but depends.
This is mon-fri. Weekends I do add a few cheats but mostly the same all week long. Yea it sucks and gets old but it works for

Decca or androl. I don’t like the bloat look. Biggest I ever was I took sus, dbol, Decca I was strong but look
Sloppy. I prefer the aesthetic look.
