Well he wasn't screwed by me. Nor was a home else. All vials w issues were replace no questions asked. Two guys remained unhappy. One was offered a refund. The end.

The absolute worst customer experience we ever had was a customer who's test crashed in the winter so we offered replacements. He said he didn't like them, so we offered a full refund. That's it man. Being personally banned for warring w mods has nothing to do w the quality of my product. Phurios products are still being advertised and sold on SG. I'm just not there because I'm a sarcastic cocksucker asshole who like to tell mods to fuck off when they are proven wrong.

And even you were at evo. 6-8 months after the whole filter who ha u love bringing up. Cause it was such an outrage right? That u every dude there asked me for a list and bought huge amounts of gear with not one bad remark or comment for a long time till you know who said my couple vials of sust crashed but yet he was still warming it up and using it. Weird. Couldn't of been that shitty huh?

You yourself wanted a list. It was emailed to you. U couldn't open it. So I said I would try to do it a different way. I then revamped the whole thing in an excel spreadsheet took me a while. I probly got busy and forget to send a new one over. U never checked back decided u were slighted and got butt hurt about it.


When I came here you saw that as an opportunity to get back at me. So u dug up the filter thing. Which was all bullshit. That didn't work. Then u brought up flip and his crazy amazing magical gear killing house. That didn't work. Then u brought up the other guy w one of two vials that crashed during the dead of winter. Even Watson crystals uo in the dead of winter when the avg temp in that guys area was between 1-5 degrees for months. I checked. Then that didn't work. Then jras who is my friend wanted to let people know what happens w some test susp he traded for. I offered to replace it even though I didn't sell it to him and he declined. I asked 3 times. He declined. So that didn't work. So then you discount what another good customer of mine said on a private board mind you. And posted him up saying he wasn't a competitor because you personally felt his physique was nothing special and because she makes a little money off the stuff he buys for his local guys from me. Thats didn't work. U even said yourself after a guy came in a said he heard my shit was goof and said see why dont I just give up. And THAT didn't work. So what are you doing now just going right back thru and repeat it all. Sad.
