Plateau at 200mg test a week + 200mg deca, just added 300mg of equipoise per week

I have never run EQ before. On 200mg of test a week and not willing to go higher, on 200mg nandrolone split into two injections a week not willing to go higher.

So I introduced something relatively mild I thought EQ at 300mg a week might be worth a try. How will addding EQ at 300 a week benefit me? How long should I run it?

I’ve tried increasing caloric intake. My nutrition is on point. I burn 1350 cals a day In the gym my basal metabolic rate is 1950 cals burned a day at rest…
currently taking in 3900 calories per day 315g of protein all from food..

I’m 172lbs @ 12.8% looking to be 200lbs 14% max, ideally, 13%

I need quicker recovery times and more strength. What compound should I introduce? Will 300mg of EQ a week give me strength gains? I chose EQ on a whim and because I believe it is fairly mild.
 
You're only eating 3900 calories and you're wondering why you're not gaining weight? Bro I have female clients on more calories than that. Get your calorie intake closer to 5000, push the fucking carbs.

You could up it to 1000mg eq and 500mg deca and you won't see shit for gains if you don't increase your food.

What compound should you introduce? Potatoes, stack that with rice
 
Eat more... You can say you plateaued when it was nothing. But fat you gained..

Eat some donuts and milk shakes if you are truly a hard gainer and can't put on any fat..

Post workout have about 120g cereal (that's around 4cups) 50g protein, and 20g pb
 
200mg test 200mg deca, you trying to get into the bikini class? Okay jokes aside, but why would you want to add 300 EQ instead of just upping the test?

i dont know if this is your first cycle but it kinda sounds like it, test alone would have been completly enough.

Also you are saying you are eating 600 kcal in surplus with a total of 315g protein - you know that legit doesent mean shit when your muscle glycogen storage is in the negative...

So how are your carbs?

Next point is the "1350" kcal burned during gym, where did you pull that number? are you doing an hour of Cardio while bulking???

"1950" maintenance kcal sounds also dumb, the AVERAGE male is burning 2000-2500 - now keep in mind you go to the gym, so you have more muscles which need to maintained.

To me it sounds like you are eating not as much as you should, or you think you eat more than you actually do. Also sorry but saying "i eat 315g of protein" doesent mean shit, because in general you should always eat high amounts of Carbs while bulking. And 315g of protein on not even 80kg of bodyweight is literally a hard overkill.

TLDR: the extra gear wont do shit and the 300EQ is a dumb idea in general with your current stack.

try to get around 250 Protein and 450 carbs daily and up it every week by a small amount

And sorry for the Harsh truth, but you can legit be on a gram of test, a gram of tren, 10 iu of HGH and 20 iu of insulin, nothing will grow if your diet is dogshit
 
I can up calories easily. Thought I was gaining steadily as it was, and I have been. I’ve put on quite a bit of muscle so far.

I’ll increase caloric intake and drop EQ.

I’m going to be that guy and ask: which is it, did you plateau, or are you gaining steadily?

Perhaps you mean that your strength has plateaued?
 
Strength has hit a plateau cannot increase weight or reps. Had been gaining steadily and quickly on test and nandrolone.
You told us your goals were size, not strength. Which is it? Prioritize. That's like dieting down to get shredded and complaining you lost strength.

well this mostlikely indicates that you may just overtrain yourself/dont rest (aka sleep) enough
My sleep has been suffering I have a torn acl, torn minuscus left knee; torn muscle in my leg from ankle up the side of my chin, torn ligaments and tendons in ankle and foot they require surgery when I’m out of my cast and leg immobilizer.


I added some rx sleeping pills and am getting 8.5-9 hrs sleep per night now. Increasing calories 800 cal a day after this thread.

I typically when putting on size eat 6000-6800 cals a day but doing that adds too much unwanted body fat

That’s why you don’t go straight to 6800 from scratch…
 
I am really lost with your cycle history and current stats. have you been on AAS for 2? 3? 4?
I don’t keep a stopwatch I believe my test use started in 2016-2017. I used just that for a year and a half. Mid 2018 I introduce nandrolone and become very familiar with it and my rx for it. On off use of trenbolone, several 5 week 30-50mg a day cycles of dbol, I couldn’t give an accurate guess there were also about two eight month periods during this time where I stopped all steroids and test completely and fully returned to baseline high test levels without trt and recovered sperm count fully.

I would say ass on off four years best guess for you bud
